I don’t take for granted how fortunate I am that I did her makeup for her rehearsal, aka her last night as a “single woman,” and her wedding, her last moments as a Ms. Wallace and first as a Mrs. Meadows! Every single molecule of my body is so happy for her and her husband, Denny. Every photon of light was around Eleni during the whole night, a perfect backyard wedding - each detail filled with love, and having Cezar by my side was the cherry on top for me.

Not pictured: the bomb feta and apple grilled cheese I made her and I at 2am the night before.

What are some of your favorite MAC lip stick shades? I'm looking for some new ones to try out and your makeup is always on point.

Always up for talking makeup! 

I’ll break them down into categories, most of these are good for any skin tone, but write me back if you want specific ones for a specific skin tone:

Dark reds/purples: Dark Side, Cyber, Russian Red, Media, and of course the classic Rebel. Nightmoth lip liner also.

Pinks/neutrals: Whirl, Faux, Brave, Angel, Kinda Sexy, Shy Girl, and Creamcup.

Are you a breakfast person? If you were at a diner and could get any breakfast food, what would you get?

Yes, definitely - just usually not at breakfast time! For actual breakfast I’m a fruit smoothie girl, and then a vegetarian protein smoothie mix for post-workout (I work out in the morning before work).

But my favorite breakfast food, often eaten for dinner if we order out, is a vegetable omelette (must include spinach and mushrooms) with goat cheese and french fries! My dad makes mean waffles, so it’s a treat whenever I’m home and he makes them on Sundays. I’ve also gotten into making Kodiak Cakes (pancake mix) for Cezar - we’ve been loving those!
