The reverberating echoes of her heels resounded along the desolate alleyway, shattering the heavy silence and bouncing off the grimy, rust-stained walls like arrows raining from the murk congested sky; piercing the pensive musings of my thoughts to leave me spinning round seeking their source like an over-wound psychotic whirl-a-gig.
