Comment on The Margin Matrix: Why successful people are usually wrong by Dan Fries

+1 to your example from Liar’s poker. The simple truth that most people try to be right (or look right) creates volatility over the long term, giving positive optionality to anyone with the discipline to go against the herd.

Comment on My Ten Most Influential Reads of 2015 by Ed

Hey Taylor, I stumbled on your website and I’m loving the wealth of info. You’ve probably already read “How to Win Friends & Influence People” and “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”…but just in case you’ve missed them, I found both books to be transformative and inspirational.

Comment on Fund Your Freedom: Hiring Marketing Lead by Paulo Ribeiro

If you can’t see the value in this opportunity, you haven’t read his material close enough. I’d start with the book.

Comment on Fund Your Freedom: Hiring Marketing Lead by Jack8r

I enjoy your emails and occasionally read your essays so I followed this piece on Funding Freedom and Hiring a Marketing Lead. An interesting piece with a teaching opportunity hidden in the fact it’s an Intern you’re after. Why not state that up front without the blah, blah which has me recognizing a charade. Get back to clear work, earn my respect.
