Lessons For A Better 2021
Hello my loves,
It’s been a minute since I came on here and so today I wanted to share a small update on the end of last year + lessons for a better 2021. As many of you know, I moved to Miami mid-pandemic, starting life completely anew in a place that I didn’t know many people. Yet a little voice told me to come here and from that moment there has been ease amongst many decisions I’ve made, some hard times, and of course the opportunity to make new friends.
In November of last year I started Nikki Sharp’s Giveback Cause. It didn’t have a name when I started, rather, it was just a momentary thought I had to help people pay their bills during the holidays and provide food for those who wouldn’t be able to buy Thanksgiving dinner. It turned into SO much more, with many influencer friends sharing what I was doing with their audiences, others offering to pay their follower’s bills, and then people DM’ing me asking if they could privately donate. That’s when I set up a GoFundMe page, as the donations just kept rolling in.
Not only this, but I was featured in Buzzfeed about the donations and Santa Barbara Life & Style Magazine. Many people donated services, such as health and business coaching, others donated products from their brands and so I began matching people of those asking to those who were giving.
The entire giveback cause turned into something that was incredibly fulfilling, but also time consuming and a bit stressful. I was working alone doing all of this, managing product shipments, matching people with others, sending gift cards, vetting those who messaged me on IG wanting help, doing press interviews, and more. It warmed my heart to be able to help so many people and at the same time, I understand why charities need people who work for them, as you truly cannot make the impact you want alone.
Around Christmas time I finally took some much needed time off, spending quality time with friends, making mulled wine at my apartment, cooking, facetiming my parents as we weren’t together this holiday. It was hard for me to take time off as I tend to work ALL the time, but my body and mind sort of ‘forced’ me too.
Pictured above and below: wearing the Jo Embellished Mini Skirt and Angelina Bodysuit from Revolve.
Instead, a good friend of mine stayed with me in Miami and we ate delicious food, took lots of content (he’s an incredible photographer), and I was able to truly reflect on all the time / energy spent on the giveback cause that I had done. I did have a few more things to do with it, such as sending gift packages out and I knew that I would not feel completely happy until that was done.
Suffice to say, I was invited by a private health coaching client to Nevi’s Island in the Carribean, which I decided to do at a moment’s notice, getting my covid test done, ticket bought and leaving Miami on December 26 only to return after 2021.
It was one of those moments where your heart/intuition tells you one thing and your rational mind says something else. However, I live my life based on this simple question: “Is it a F yes? or a F no?” Going to Nevi’s was a F yes, and so it all flowed with ease, as I felt I was following guidance from above.
Upon going out of the country (doing all the safety precautions, which are a LOT fyi), I found myself burnt out in a sense. 2020 had been a crazy year, from starting it off in Bali last January, moving back to LA after being gone two years, only to leave after 1.5 months and head back to London for quarantine to be with my ex. We broke up and I went to Colorado to spend time with my mom, moved to Miami, found an apartment and signed a lease after traveling for the past few years. Traveling a bit, ending a consulting job with one company, starting with a new one, working my butt off during from the start of covid because people need help with health more than ever. Suffice to say… I realized that while 2020 had been a hard year for us all, it had actually kept me quite busy.
The end of the year was NOTHING like I “expected” it to be. From starting the Giveback Cause, spending so much time/money/effort on it, planning for the launch of an exclusive group health coaching program, having a private client fly me to spend the the last few days of December to be with her… nothing went as “planned” and yet everything worked out EXACTLY as it was meant to.
Normally I do a full reflection at the end of the year, journaling on what went well, lessons learned, setting intentions for the new year. This time around… I did NONE of it. It felt weird to be in full vacation mode, but it ended up being exactly what was needed.
And so, I wanted to now share my lessons for a better 2021.
Wearing a suit from Revolve. Can’t find this exact one, but there are similar ones such as this Pique Loreta One Piece, Ruby One Piece, Andrea One Piece, For Keeps One Piece, Annalie One Piece.
I hope these tips help you to have an amazing year. I’d love to know any additional lessons you learned in 2020 that you’d like to share! Drop a comment below.
Xx,
Nikki

Why Your Deodorant Is So Bad For You
Hi my loves!
A couple weeks ago I shared a bit about the dangers of using ‘regular’ deodorants and I was surprised to see how many questions you all had. Not just that, but the desperate need for clean ingredients in general including in your skincare, haircare, and makeup.
I just want to preface this with: If you’re still using ‘normal’ deodorants and facial products – PLEASE STOP!
Why ‘normal’ deodorants are so bad for your health
Typical deodorants contain parabens, aluminum & other toxic ingredients
These ingredients get absorbed directly into your body through your lymph nodes (especially your armpits)
They can cause a whole host of serious health issues
Parabens disrupt your hormones, can negatively affect your fertility, and have been linked to breast cancer
Aluminum has been linked to neurotoxicity, Alzheimer’s and breast cancer
This is why it’s so important to be mindful of what your skin is absorbing through deodorants and facial products. Thankfully, it’s relatively easy to ditch the harmful chemicals because there are so many incredible natural/organic products on the market.
I personally love Primally Pure because created products that are clean and safe for your body. You know I don’t promote anything I don’t personally use every day, and I’m loving their deodorants and clarifying face mask. I also am obsessed with their holiday range of hand wash, body butter and the most delicious smelling candle ever.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Their deodorant is made with simple, organic ingredients that are 100% natural & safe. They’re also formulated for sensitive skin, with a small amount of baking soda to keep you smelling great (especially after a workout). I love all 7 of their scents so much that I have one for each day of the week. My favorites are the tea tree, blue tansy and charcoal.
The clarifying face mask has also been a game changer that I use 3x a week. Results I’ve seen is decreased breakouts and less red pigmentation. It’s made with white willow bark powder, marula oil and turmeric powder. The ingredients work together to support complexions prone to acne, pigmentation or dull appearance. Plus, the citrus smell is divine and I love starting my day with it!
You can take their quiz to find a skincare routine that is perfect for your needs.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is so easy to ditch the harmful chemicals and help prevent breast cancer, hormone imbalance, and so much more. To make it even easier, you can use my code NIKKISHARP10 for 10% off your order with Primally Pure.
Please please please promise me that you’ll make the switch to clean products. It’s one of the EASIEST ways to improve your health!
xoxo,
Nikki

Money Lessons The Hard Way (Finance Journey – Part II)
Hello beautiful friends!
I’m quite excited to share part two of my financial journey and money lessons the hard way that I’ve learned, mainly because the last post seemed to resonate with so many of you. I’m actually astounded at the amount of comments, blog views + personal DM’s that I received after sharing part one (READ IT HERE). The funny thing is that it’s always those moments that you are scared to share something because of how vulnerable it is, that it’s that very story/post/content that does the best. I guess authenticity is key in today’s day and age.
As a small recap, we left part one of the story off with my having the credit card debt, finally paying it off (after applying and being denied many cards). Part II begins here…
The $85k Expense / Experience
In November 2018 I had sold all my things from LA, put a small bit of personal belongings into storage and moved to Paris by myself. This was one of those brave moments in life that you have to trust you are making the right decision because it doesn’t necessarily “make sense.” I had an okay chunk of change (I want to say around $10- $15,000) in the bank at this point which allowed me to pay two months of rent of an apartment that I had only seen online upfront.
I was doing coaching at this point and not much else and my expenses were triple each month than that of my income. This is VERY important to make note of. The first rule of finance is to make sure that you are spending LESS than you earn.
By December I was off to Palm Beach, Florida where I would attend my first ever Tony Robbin conference (Date With Destiny – watch my vlog). I’d bought a ticket to sit in the general section and flown economy, staying at a motel 6 with another female, all ways to still do the things I wanted but not spend crazy amounts. It was here that I decided to join his Platinum Partnership for the year which is $85,000.
Yes, you read that right.
I didn’t have a ton of money at this time but I was about to receive a big chunk of change from the last payment of the advance of my second book. This would allow me to pay the TR year until August if I didn’t earn a single dollar extra. And so I did it. In my mind I questioned what I was doing – I didn’t think I could afford it. I should be putting a down payment on a place. I should save it.
Every question and doubt that you can imagine popped up – but in the end I realized that to get to the next level of anything, you must make an investment in yourself. It’s why we oftentimes pay $80,000 for college, to enhance our knowledge to get a better job and therefore make more money. I knew that going to all the conferences would drastically change what I learned (I call it getting an MBA in life) and the community would be next level for me and my business.
And so I joined, paying the $15k up front in order to start your year, then an additional $6k each month in 2019. I had to pay for flights and hotel outside of this, and the additional $10,000 two different times for the private Platinum-only trips. So while you’re reading this, you’re probably thinking that is a LOT of money. And yes, it was. But it was also truly one of the BEST investments I’ve EVER made for myself, my business and to learn things I wouldn’t have.
Debt 2.0
Although I’d love to share more about the Tony year I did and traveling from Singapore to Amsterdam, Las Vegas and London, I must stay focused on the finances. Because as incredible as the year was, it also helped me go back into debt. This time though, everything shifted for me. I didn’t have the same mindset as before and I actually became grateful because I knew now was the time for me to learn the lessons I never did.
During my Tony Robbins Platinum year I was still living in Paris, paying for rent, coaching clients as my primary income. My expenses were outlandishly more than my income and each month I watched this big chunk of change dwindle as I paid off my credit card (where I put the TR payments). I then moved back to London and in with my then boyfriend for a few months, only to break up and start traveling. I also flew to America where I recorded my podcast, Chicago to play in a celebrity poker tournament with Jenny McCarthy (non-paid as it was for charity, click here to watch the vlog), and to NYC to do the book launch in Times Square for a book I co-authored (watch the book launch video here). Flights, hotels, cars, dinners… it added up.
I was also flying business mostly because when you are going across the world and either have to be teaching, recording, or playing full-out at the Tony conferences the moment you land, you cannot afford to have jet lag. This is where I started getting very good at travel hacks and using points from credit cards which were accruing loads of travel points due to the high amounts of money I was putting on the cards due to the TR payments + hotels.
The thing about the Tony conferences is it’s pretty hard to stay focused on work during this year because you are on the road so much. Scheduling clients was not easy and I did not put everything I had into getting new ones to pay off some bills. And so the money was running out very quick.
But here is where I learned one of the BIGGEST lessons about myself.
No matter how much money I had in my bank account I would always leave a balance on my CC, preferring to pay the interest versus pay the card off fully. And this was due to a scarcity mindset of money.
It’s not something that I ever knew about prior – but when I realized I had this it was a game changer.
Your money mindset
Your mindset about money tends to come from your family as your grew up. Think back to when you were a child and how your parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles were with money. Did they always think it would disappear and need to save / not spend? (Many are like this because of the Great Depression and truly needing to ration + save.) Did they spend freely on things like education? Did they think money makes people bad? Did the adults in your life spend money on experiences or minimally on anything nice?
In essence, your money mindset is the attitude you have about finances and affects/impacts how and what decisions you make. These can be positive means towards your goals like saving, or negative ones like scarcity and never feeling secure or safe around money. Understanding your starting point is key to making a change in your finances and truly, far more important than cutting out the $5 latte every day.
We will dive into this more in coming blog entries because it’s SUPER important and something I’m excited to teach you all about. But do try and answer the questions above to get an understanding what your mindset is.
The lessons of debt
This story of being in debt a second time is another full long story in of itself, however I want to get more into the points that I think will help you. Just know that part of the reason I’m sharing all the back story to this is because I want you to remember that you are no alone, no matter where you stand with your finances.
Some people are born into money and they have to deal with challenges. Others are born into families with none and must work hard to make a living. No matter where you stand there are going to be battles you face and you never know what someone is going through, especially from their Instagram. (The fake lives that IG people live will be a whole other post as it relates to money and how many have gone into debt trying to keep up a lifestyle for the ‘gram.)
Where we are in the story is that my Tony Platinum year was coming to an end and I made the decision to end it early. I didn’t want to do this, however due to work conflicts there was no way I could attend the last two events and that meant I would be paying $12k to be part of this AMAZING community, but one that I wouldn’t see. And so I thought long and hard about ending my year early, which I finally chose to do.
This was a good decision in the end as it allowed me to shift my focus on paying of the nearly DOUBLE debt I had from last time. It crept up on my and one day I looked at my CC and flipped out. I didn’t know how that was even possible to get to over 40k. But it was. And I did it.
It came from the the business tickets (when I ran out of points), all the travel expenses, my TR monthly payments, food, random expenses, business expenses. I was never going overboard on anything and so this was a shock.
Then quarantine hit and that’s when I finally got my shit together.
I sat down daily and forced myself to get comfortable with numbers, with spreadsheets, I learned how to do my taxes, I monitored my bank accounts, called the bank with random changes I saw pop up and started learning from the experts.
And here we are today. I have enough money in my bank to wipe the remainder of my debt (around $10k) easily, but with the pandemic many of the financial experts have said that you should hold on to emergency funds in cash. I realize part of this is still the scarcity mindset that I have, but it still feels good knowing that I have enough to fully pay it all off.
Here’s the thing though, money is POWERFUL. It has the ability to help us in so many ways – but – it also has the ability to make us fearful (of losing it), angry when we think we make the wrong decisions, and scarce because we want to keep it. I’m still on my journey and as scary as this is to share, I know that it’s powerful to tell my story in order to help someone else. I’m committed to working on this every day, just as one would work on getting their body in better shape.
That’s all for now…
Once again, this was a long entry and VERY vulnerable (to where once again I’m thinking OMG why am I sharing this?!) BUT… I keep reminding myself that I think the lessons I will teach in upcoming posts will have a greater impact if you know the back story. As I keep saying, you are not alone. And I for one wish more people would be open and honest about money because it’s something that’s so quiet yet so powerful.
So stay tuned because the next time we chat, you’ll be getting some direct lessons (no more long stories, for now) about:
money mindset and how to change it
my AHA moment of calories and money (and how this applies to you)
easy tips to start becoming financially aware
And further down the road I will be giving my tricks on how to travel in a luxurious way without breaking the bank, resources that you need in your life, and answering ALL your questions.
I hope that once again you have enjoyed this blog post. It would mean a lot if you’d drop a comment if you are enjoying this new financial series, or if you relate to anything I’ve shared. And if you are excited to read the next one definitely let me know! And whatever questions you have, leave them below.

Beginning My Finance Journey
Hello my loves.
This post has been a LONG time coming. I have been thinking about this topic for a while and wanted to share with you all, but didn’t because I teach health. That’s what I’m known for and to branch out into the financial world and sharing my finance journey was such a different style I wasn’t sure if you all would want to read about it. Well… I was wrong. I did a poll on IG a few weeks ago asking if you wanted me to share some financial knowledge that I’ve acquired along with my journey into this semi-scary world.
My plan is to start this up as a regular thing, getting really real and honest with you all, and hopefully to inspire more of you to really start to understand and prioritize your financial knowledge. Suffice to say, this will be part one because there’s just way too much to share in one post.
Beginning my finance journey
Like most females (I can’t speak for my male followers here), I was pretty terrified of looking at my bank account for many, many years. I pretty much avoided it at all costs until tax season when I then had to really look into my money. This would cause me to get highly depressed, binge on food, look for comfort in alcohol and do just about every distraction possible to avoid the reality.
It’s not that my finances have been bad per se. It’s that I just had NO idea where to start. And when you are starting to climb a mountain, such as Everest, with no knowledge of what to do, it’s a wee bit scary.
Because I never looked at my statements or was aware of what I was spending, I was always shocked when I would get notified that I didn’t have a bunch of money in my account. Like seriously, where did it go?!
Paired with the avoidance (at all costs) of understanding, I also had another limiting belief about money: I wanted to enjoy my life right here, right now. Saving for 20 years down the line? No way! I want to travel to Bali NOW!
Who can relate with me here? We as humans tend to do and think some funny things when it comes to money which cause us a whole lot of beliefs, which then turn into the actions that we do, and as such become our reality.
Making money…then “losing” it
When I began selling the detox ebook I was making a lot of money. I then wrote a few other ebooks and was making $30, $40, and upwards of $50,000 a month. This is a much longer story than I’m about to tell (and one I haven’t shared publicly yet that I will share one day). At this time a woman in London came onboard to become my PR agent. She then had me bring on a business manager. We brought on a branding agency, lawyers, accountants, researchers… I suddenly had this huge team of people at 27 or so. My ego was happy. My bank account was not. I was paying out $20,000 a month for this entire team, month after month.
I ended up getting rid of every one of them. I felt taken advantage of with no one delivering much of anything. My website/rebrand wasn’t done after 6 months, my lawyer charged me $4,000 to write a will that if I died my money would go to my parents (um – duh?), the accountants were the best in London and slapped with me a £12,000 bill (around $15k), which I refused to pay.
This was one of the hardest moments in my life. I felt alone, “lost” a shit load of money, and didn’t feel I had anyone to talk to. More bad things kept happening (let’s just say some lawyers got involved) and I was battling a pretty hard time.
I walked away from it all with a very sad bank account even though I went in doing well and a defeated soul. And this is when I moved to America. To focus on selling the detox into a book, creating my app and starting fresh.
Getting into debt
A few years ago I decided to do another rebrand, seeing as I never went through with the first one and had nothing to show for it. I was living in LA, working on launching my app and had just gotten a two book deal from Random House with my first book, The 5-Day Real Food Detox coming out a few months later. It was a good time to showcase that I was the wellness expert that everyone kept referring to me as.
It was exciting because I knew that with a new, slick website people would take my brand more seriously. And so I plunged full speed ahead, again hiring a branding agency that would also help with Facebook ads for my book. This was NOT cheap. We sat in many sessions going over who I was, my brand, where I wanted to go. I was still disillusioned from before, but had faith.
Cut to a few months later and I had easily spent $30,000 on the rebrand, website and ads. That’s a LOT of money. At this point some (pretty bad) personal things happened which caused me to finally look at my finances and I realized that I was not sitting so pretty. I had to cut working with the agency, all ads, and quite honestly was very scared about money at this point.
Not only that, I had no income for a long time and suddenly found myself in $22,000 in debt. I was miserable, depressed, and didn’t know the first thing about what to do. I ended up applying for a bunch of new credit cards as I couldn’t spend anymore on the current ones. I got declined by every single one because of this debt ratio to income/what I had in my bank. Bad idea Nikki. I didn’t know that every time you apply for a CC your credit gets dinged.
This was different than when I was in London as I now had no money. The prior experience left me with some cash and a hell of a bruised ego, but this was different. I didn’t have income and was terrified.
I finally got a job as a business/branding consultant (this is a side gig I’ve done for many years and love) which allowed me to pay it off, taking a good chunk of time. I still didn’t understand anything about finances though.
And I didn’t learn my lesson.
I kept living life in the present moment. Traveling, having fun, working with clients when I wanted to, not because I should have in order to save money…
I’ll end this part of my finance journey here though, because Part II is where I really learned what I know now and there’s another big story I want to share. This is where I really started educating myself and where the things I know come from.
I do want to share some tips that I learned in this chapter of my life that I believe can help you. These were the little nuggets that I wish someone had shared with me.
Become aware of your attitude towards money. Are you a freestyle spender? Do you buy nice things to show on the ‘gram? Do you use money for experiences or for material things? Are you scared of looking at your bank account or do you do it regularly? Do you self-sabotage if you don’t like what you see?
Knowing your thoughts around money is the first lesson I can teach you, because quite frankly, we are not really taught this growing up. We are taught money is good and that we need to save, but most don’t truly understand the deeper beliefs they have.
If you are in debt know that it will be okay. You will survive it and come out on the other side. It’s sticky and painful now but it won’t always be that way.
I’ve been in debt two times in my life, but there was a drastic difference of my mindset between the first and second time which I’ll share more about later. Just know that while debt is normal (although really shouldn’t be), there are ways to go about it that won’t make you so fearful.
I’m looking forward to sharing more of my finance journey with you – because quite frankly it’s pretty scary to be sharing my story (more intimate details to come later) but I believe it will help those of you who read it. Finances is one of those topics that we don’t talk about enough and so it’s become shunned in society to say that you are scared of. We are expected to know things but then have to go out and learn on our own, not knowing the first place to start.
So with that, I bid you adieu. Until next time. Please drop a comment below if this post has resonated with you at all or if you’re excited for me to share about finances. It helps me because this is a new side I’m telling you all and I want to make sure it’s something you want to learn about!
Tons of love,
Nikki

What is collagen + should you be taking it?
Hello my beautiful friends,
I’m going to start this off by sharing something kind of crazy. Although I teach health/ wellness for a living and get to try tons of products, plus study just about every trending thing, I had never gotten on the collagen band wagon. It’s a funny one I’ve heard of the benefits of the years but for whatever reason never really got into it.
Until now.
Not only have I become a RAVING fan of collagen, I’ve found a brand (Sparkle Wellness) that I am behind 100% because it is so data-driven and has the science to back their results. I’ve seen such incredible results since taking it and of course love sharing brands that I personally use.
In today’s blog I wanted to dive into this supplement, what exactly it does and why I recommend it. I’m sure there’s at least one of you out there that has wondered why certain brands are better than others, if it really works, and how long you need to take it before seeing changes.
WHAT IS COLLAGEN?
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein found in your body; it’s part of our skin, muscles, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bones, eyes and blood vessels. Like all protein, it’s broken down into amino acids when digested, which then can produce more collagen the body needs, or is used for other uses.
When we are younger, our skin is full of collagen (up to 80% of collagen and water!), however as we age, are in the sun too much, live in cities with pollution, or deal with free radicals in the body, our collagen production decreases. This means that you will experience more fine lines, a decrease in the ‘glow’ of your skin, brittle hair and nails, hair shedding, and possible joint and gut issues.
Now, without getting toooo complicated here, when you have a collagen supplement you’re not actually having just straight collagen – rather you’re having collagen peptides. This is a scientific term for a smaller chain of amino acids (protein building blocks). These small changes are more easily broken down and absorbed by your body than larger ones.
Collagen peptides are short chains of amino acids, in comparison to collagen itself which is a relatively long chain of amino acids. These peptides are derived from collagen through a process called hydrolysis. Now, why is this important to know? Because not all brands are the same as they contain different peptide lengths, meaning your body will have a greater result with certain collagen supplements versus others.
WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE IT?
As mentioned above, collagen is already in your body and as we age it decreases. This is why you begin to see an increase in fine lines, thinning hair and that feeling that you you’re just ‘getting older.’
Supplementing with collagen can help to strengthen your hair, reduces shedding, creates stronger, thicker nails, it helps to promote heart and gut health, strengthens bones, and can relieve joint pain. Now, these are some powerful benefits to help you look and feel your best!
As with all products, I absolutely recommend making it a supplement to your diet, but not a replacement for healthy balanced meals. When you combine the two, you will start to see changes in your body and mind you didn’t even think possible!
MY FAVORITE BRAND + WHY
Here’s where it gets interesting. I’ve learned there are some brands that you will not give a bang for your buck (meaning their product contains less collagen necessary to see results) and others, such as Sparkle Wellness that has the science to back the results you will see.
So why am I such a fan of Sparkle’s products versus others that you may have heard of?
Their products contain VERISOL® which has been tested in multiple double blind studies. Results showed women taking it daily saw an increase in collagen in the skin by 60% (i.e. reduced fine lines/wrinkles) and that skin elasticity dramatically improved. This is important as science don’t lie my friends. There are many brands out there that claim to give you results but haven’t had the double blind tests to prove it.
Sparkle Wellness has Vitamin C included in the formulation. This is important as having a supply of Vitamin C in the bloodstream when there is a good dosage of collagen peptides means your skin cells are enabled to have best chance of absorbing and using the collagen peptides. (Learn more about the science here)
Skin Boost Plus contains Hyaluronic Acid which promotes moisture retention in the skin (and joints). Their source of Hyaluronic Acid is derived from a non-GMO fermentation process that also has clinical studies (where as other brands use not-so-nice processes/ingredients for their H.A.).
In addition to this, their products are 100% non-GMO and have no sugar, no artificial sweeteners.
Essentially, what what all this means is that Sparkle’s products are MUCH cleaner than the competitors on the market, have the clinical research to prove their collagen is superior with results, and they use ingredients that I personally stand behind – and use every day.
I hope this blog post helped you to learn more about collagen and why you need to take it, along with my personal favorite brand that’s made it into my daily routine for months now.
Let me know if you have any questions below!
Xx,
Nikki

Some intimate thoughts on life
I’m sitting here in my gorgeous apartment on the 33rd floor in Miami, looking out of my floor to ceiling windows to the cloudy, grey sky. I was supposed to run errands, buy some plants, go to Soho House to lounge by the pool. Instead, I’m lying on my couch, wrapped up in a furry blanket watching a new show on Netflix called ‘Emily in Paris.’
It’s funny how accurate it is in regard to the people; the French culture is one that is so different from anywhere else I have lived.
And as I watch this show, with the beautiful shots of Paris, I realized how much I miss it there. I miss London. I miss my ex. I miss traveling. It’s a funny thing how when we slowdown in life, all the emotions and feelings that we keep ourselves too busy to feel, begin to show up.
This is the ironic thing about life. We can have it all, and still not be happy.
I’m not saying I’m not happy. Quite the opposite. I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. I have stability from a beautiful apartment that I’m obsessed with. I’m making good money. I have wonderful clients in my health coaching practice that I adore working with each week. I’ve made incredible friends in the short time I’ve been in Miami. My entire family is healthy and all doing well.
Yet, I sit here on this rainy afternoon feeling incredibly sad. Not the type of sad that I regret choices I made or would like to get back together with my ex, for example. More so, it’s the type of sadness that makes you realize that you have not acknowledged your feelings enough.
I’m very guilty of keeping myself busy. This in turn means that I don’t always dedicate time to processing the things that have gone on in life. And this is an incredibly important part of life that most of us avoid doing. As humans we tend to not like sitting with negative emotions or really understanding how they are affecting us.
But it’s these ‘negative’ emotions that when left un-processed turn into behaviors that we don’t like. Such as drinking too much, drugs, getting angry at others, ourselves, binge eating or restricting, and many others.
It’s an interesting feeling though, to be sitting here, so happy with life, and at the same time feeling so sad. What I’ve come to understand is that this is okay. It’s okay to feel happy and sad at the same time. Because truly, there is no “good” or “bad” emotion. We must have one to appreciate the other. Yin and Yang.
Lately I’ve been going through a strange time with my brand. It’s been this back and forth of how much to share with you all. With the wellness expert label, I have, published author, audience that follows me, I often times don’t know what to post. I question about sharing my personal life. I’m told not to share it – that it doesn’t match the ‘expert’ brand of giving advice.
And then on the other side, the only reason I started an IG account in the first place was to give others hope, sharing a side of authenticity that I wish others had done when I was going through a hard time.
I had a revelation this week that I have to just post what I want. Not care about what I think others will or won’t say. So, this post is really just my first foray in a long, long time into my life. Into a different side that I haven’t shared in a while. The promise I made to myself is to be more open. To share the things I did in the past. Because if nothing else, it helps me to be able to connect with you all in a deeper way than just giving tips.
So here I sit, sharing something pretty vulnerable with no expectation of anything other than it feels good to write this out. I hope by you reading this it also helps you know that whatever you are feeling it is perfectly normal.
We are all going through such a strange time and it’s natural that many of the feelings/emotions we’ve been too busy to feel are coming out. This time at home is ‘forcing’ us to face it all.
And for that I’m grateful. Because my tendency is to keep traveling when I feel down. It’s almost like escapism into what I don’t want to feel because new countries and people, old friends, all make me feel so happy.
This time at home (finally in a stable place with a yearlong lease) has been a Godsend, but also is making me face some things that I clearly haven’t in a while.
Anyways my beautiful friends, that’s all for now. Going to get back to watching Netflix and daydreaming about Paris.
Sending you all so much love. I’ll be back sooner than later with more deep thoughts that hopefully help you (as well as myself by sharing them).
XOXO,
Nikki

How To Get Over A Breakup/Heartbreak
This week I shared how about the breakup I went through recently and received a lot of comments from my beautiful community on people who have dealt with similar occurrences during quarantine.
Let me start off by saying this: a breakup, no matter how long you’ve been dating or whatever the circumstances, is hard. It sucks, it’s painful and it’s never fun.
It can feel like someone is stabbing you physically in the heart, to your throat constantly being constricted, sometimes feeling tight in the body, other times wanting to cry even though you’re having a good day.
All of this is normal.
Today I wanted to share a small bit about what happened with me and the tools that I’ve used to help get through it. I believe what I will share will absolutely help you to mend your heart, deal with the pain, and help you to see the light that will be coming.
My (Breakup) Story
My (now ex) boyfriend and I have been dating on and off for six years. I met him in London years ago before I moved to LA and it was love at first sight for us both. However, there was a lot of lessons that were to come for us both. We were essentially yin and yang. Two completely different people, different lifestyles, different views on life. While this was very tough, it also helped us both to meet in the middle, the essence of the yin/yang symbol.
Without going into too much of this story, the differences often times weighed on us more than the similarities and we would end. But then we would get back together because the love was so strong.
Cut to March 2020 when I let go of the apartment, I had just signed a lease for and moved back to London to be with him. I have to say that quarantine overall was an amazing experience together and I wouldn’t have changed much.
What I learned during this time though, was that we had very different values in life, and it’s not fair to blame or change someone else for not seeing things the same way as you.
And so, I came to the realization that the relationship that we both wanted and had worked hard for, for years, was not the one we were destined to have. We broke up, I left, and it was the first time in six years that we ended with respect (or as much as possible) rather than anger that was in the past.
With that short story of the past six years of my life, I wanted to now share the tools that have helped me through the past (and current) breakup. These are the things that have really allowed me to grieve in a healthy way and come out on top, quickly.
How To Get Over A Breakup
Change the name of your ex to TEACHER (add the butterfly emoji after this!). If you still talk, or if you want to text him/her on a night of drinking, this helps your subconscious and conscious mind to understand this moment in time is to help you learn and grow into the person you are meant to be.
Anytime you say “He/She did this, or that” change it to “I allowed this or that.” The first statement is one that we all often use, not just with lovers, but with friends, family and business. It actually puts YOU, the person saying it, as a victim and when you assume that role, it means you give up your power. When you switch the sentence to “I allowed this to happen….” (whatever the sentence is) you take back control, which helps you leave the role of victim mentality and charge towards your future. The goal here is every time you catch yourself saying “He/She did X,Y,Z” restart the sentence, no matter who you are talking to.
Understand that Everything Is Happening Exactly As It’s Meant. This was a hard lesson to fully comprehend but once I did, I felt freed. What if your makeups, breakups, and everything in between in all aspects of life were unfolding exactly as they were meant, in order to get you to where you are meant to be? That would be a pretty neat thing to know, right? Realize that the universe only wants you to thrive – and the lessons yu go through are meant for YOU to grow, which is why it can be frustrating when you feel you ‘ve suffered so much. You are meant to grow through what you go through.
Don’t revert to the ice cream and wine – or do, but not too long. It’s natural when we hit a low moment, especially when love is taken away, that we go to the things that give us temporary happiness or fulfillment. Understand that these feelings are fleeting and you’ll end up feeling worse than before. There should be ABSOLUTELY NO judgement if you do drink bottles of wine, or binge on chocolate, because the judgement will only make the breakup worse. But know that you are numbing yourself and hiding from the feelings (and lessons) you must deal with.
Remember, the only person that can give you the love you want – IS YOU. We often go into relationships looking for someone to fulfill us, to make us happy, and to give us the love that we craved as children. It’s hard to see, but we take these attachements into our relationships, which can then crash and burn because the other person doesn’t do what we need/expect. The ONLY person that can make you feel the true, pure love that you want, is you. This is where the self work comes in to dive into yourself, your soul, purpose, and ways you can show love to yourself.
Anger (and other feelings) are part of the process, allow it. The ironic part is as I typed this out, I received a really bad message from my ex (as we have been supporting each other as friends) and this drew the line that we will no longer be friends. I was pissed. I cried. I paced around my room. I poured a glass of wine. And then I realized I was angry because I had two simultaneous feelings: that I was angry at myself for believing things would be different, and I was mad at him because I thought he would step up to be a better person. During this moment of anger and understanding, I came to see that both were okay, because nether is right, neither is wrong. The main point here is ALLOW THE FEELINGS. These are necessary. But don’t attach to any meaning. Think of them like clouds; the feelings come and go and there will be many different versions as time goes on.
I’m so grateful for you reading this, because if you are it means there is some aspect of you that is ready to learn and grow. I’m still in the process of grieving, of probably drinking too much, and also figuring out the lessons myself as I type this. Please know that although someone might present something on IG or TV, they are still human.
If you are looking for some guidance through a breakup or you’re ready to find that special someone, I do coaching to help you get to a place you want. Contact me here.
Whatever you are going through, just remember that you are meant to grow through. Life throws us challenges in order to level up and become a better version of ourself. And one of the best things to focus on is that you WILL come out one top and realize that this person was not “the one.” The were in your life to help you become the person you are meant to become in order to find the one you will be with.
If you’ve gone through a breakup or face any type of heartbreak, use this time to heal, to do self-work, and eat healthy food and do exercise which will make you feel better than ever!
I hope this post helped you in some way. Drop a comment if you agree with anything or if you have any questions you’d like me to answer!
XOXO,
Nikki

What it’s like to travel during quarantine
Quarantine has been a strange time for us all. From the overnight lockdowns to travel restrictions in every country, what was once fun to travel now has new meaning due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Having flown from London Heathrow to Denver the week of June 1st, I wanted to share what it’s like to travel during quarantine as I know this is something many people are interested in.
I’ve been living in London since March 20 where I hold a duel citizenship to the U.S. and U.K., so the mass majority were not allowed to travel to or from either country, I had no issue because of the two passports. When I first arrived into London Heathrow in March, I was surprised that there were no temperature checks and no mention of quarantining yourself – which I did out of safety for myself and others.
Jumping to June 4, I bought a ticket to return. I’ll detail as much as possible to share the experience, including ticket prices, airport info, and what the flights were like.
What it’s like to travel during quarantine
When I first looked, one-way tickets were very expensive. Normally, I was able to get a single journey ticket for roughly $500-$600 on economy, however this time they were an astounding $1,900. I didn’t purchase it and waited a few days, getting my ticket 5 days before my flight. I used Kayak and found a $550 one-way via British Air (with a code share of American Airlines, which is who I would be flying with) and was able to use 30,000 points I had to reduce the price to just over $400. I figured now was a good time to use these points as we don’t really know what travel will be like during the next year.
As it is mandatory to funnel through one of the 13 open airports in the US before flying nationally, my ticket was Heathrow – Dallas – Denver. British Air allowed two check in bags for economy, one carry-on and one purse.
The day of travel
I had heard that airlines were recommending to arrive at the airport four hours prior to travel, but Heathrow’s website said to come at the normal three hour window. My flight was at 11am and so I arrived just before 8am. Heathrow has five terminals, but flights are during quarantine are only going out of terminal 2 and 5.
Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed was that the drop-off was next to empty, which was to be expected. Masks were required and if you didn’t have one they would provide one as you entered. As I walked in, I saw a few people in head-to-toe hazmat suits, which I don’t know why or who they were. Times had definitely changed.
As you walk in there are signs that say no one other than passengers are allowed into the terminal. There was a family who was shocked by this and were saying their goodbyes outside. There was a woman at a table passing out masks and to make sure you had one prior to entering. Once inside, it was empty, a far cry from one of the busiest airports in the world.
There was not a single shop open, no where to get coffee on this lovely early morning. Very few airlines were open as 90% of flights have been cancelled. I lined up in the AA line, as it was just over 3 hours to my flight and they didn’t let you check in until exactly time. I was in line with a big group of army people that were all headed back to the States. Multiple times I was asked if I was a US passport holder or had a visa/green card. I asked them why they were all going back and no one would say, and so my thoughts are that it’s in relationship to having more security for the BLM movement. I could be wrong though.
Once the line opened up, the check in was very simple and all the staff were very friendly. AA does not put people seated next to each other, leaving the middle seat open. I happened to be in the same row as someone else and asked if I could be moved, which was an easy change. I was put in the middle seat of a row, as no one would be allowed to sit on the window or isle next to me. The woman checking me in said that this flight happened to be abnormally busy (my guess is due to all the Army people going back). She did say that most everyone would end up having their own row though.
After getting my bags checked, I went through security which was standard and very quick to pass as the airport was pretty empty. Every person I encountered working at Heathrow was very welcoming and nice. They had signs on the chairs stating you could not sit there, keeping the 6ft / 2m distance.
Once I was in Terminal 2, it looked like a ghost town. No restaurants, no coffee shops, and no regular shops were open. Only Boots and WHSmith were open, where you could get pre-made sandwiches, little snacks and coffee in bottles. The big screens that say all the departures normally have about 10 screens with flights of the day, today they had 1.5 with flights.
I scrolled the internet, messaged with friends, watched some Netflix and waited to board. Finally it was time to get on the flight. The boarding process was very easy and quick, as the flight was very empty. All passengers were very respectful and every single person in the airport wearing a mask.
Although I wanted to take a photo of the plane, I chose to be respectful of others as it’s a strange time and people are already on high alert. We were flying the Dreamliner and this certain plane happened to be quite new, which was a nice thing to have.
After boarding was complete people were allowed to move seats, where anyone who wanted to sit alone had their own row. There was a mother and daughter in front of me, with the middle seat open, one man behind me, and everyone with their own rows to my side. You can’t really tell but I’m smiling in my little selfie photo.
Once settled on the plane, the pilot came on right before takeoff welcoming us to the flight and said we were in for a treat because in all his 30 years of flying he’d never left Heathrow on time, let alone lifting off 15 minutes early. It was a warm and friendly message that definitely put people at ease. Everyone kept their masks on the whole time except when they would eat, then put it back on immediately.
I watched a movie, ate my own food then slept. The service was normal with alcohol being served (I had read someone’s previous account that there was none served, this flight was typical though). The only difference was that you could not choose your meal prior to boarding and were offered either chicken or pasta. I never fly without my own food and chose to bring a container of hummus, a lentil salad, crispy coconut chips, a Kind bar and dates. I bought two big bottles of water in Boots to have on the flight.
The whole flight was quite uneventful. They made requests that under no circumstances were people allowed to crowd together at the bathrooms. Pretty standard though. The whole flight was around 10 hours.
Getting to America – The big changes
Prior to landing in Dallas, we were handed a sheet that was required to fill out asking questions about where you’ve been and if you have had any symptoms. The bottom section was for the screener to fill out. We filled off the plane, being let off 10 people at a time. Before entering customs we were stopped by people who looked at our form to sign it off. What I found surprising was that they didn’t take a temperature check and asked only if you thought you had symptoms, then let you go.
I took the sheet to customs where I have Global Entry so it took about one second to go through, although the regular customs line was super fast due to so few people flying. The gentleman asked me if I was bringing any food in from the UK and I said I had a small pack of dates as a snack for the flight that I didn’t finish, which was enough to be declared. So off I went to a different entrance, handing someone else my passport that had been locked in a case. He waited for me while I got my bags, to which I then had to go get them all x-rayed (this was a lot of moving heavy bags from one place to another). The woman inspecting was surprised I was sent there for the small pack of dates I had) and I was allowed to go through.
For everyone passing through Dallas you have to get your bags then recheck them. I’m not sure if this is normal outside of quarantine or not.
Once I arrived to Dallas it became blatantly obvious that things were very different than London.
For starters, around 1/2 of the people in the airport were not wearing masks. I was surprised to see many restaurants open, especially ones that you could sit in. Having been in London for the past few months, they clearly had way stricter rules than America. In Heathrow you couldn’t buy even coffee, in Dallas airport you could sit at the TGIF or buy beer to go.
I reused my bottles that I bought in London and refilled my water then sat down, waiting to board the flight. It appeared to be quite busy and it still being an AA flight, I wasn’t sure if they were sticking to the every other seat rule. A woman and her husband came and sat down next to me, no masks, eating their McDonalds food. This was a bit of a shock to me as in London people are very respectful of social distancing. I had my mask on still and luckily they started boarding. I cannot say I was too happy about the lack of space or caring about it.
Once again, I chose not to take a photo on the flight as I wanted to respect the people on it.
I was shocked though. The flight was completely full. Every single seat taken, or well nearly. I lucked out and the middle seat next to me was empty with a gentleman at the window, and the seat in front of me empty. Other than that I think every other seat was occupied. The flight was 2.5 hours or so, and there was no service of any kind on it. No drinks served, the flight attendants never leaving their seat.
It was again a peaceful flight and everyone was respectful. They only allowed 4 rows at a time to get off so unloading definitely took longer than normal on both flights.
I arrived in Denver to a very empty airport, more like London than Dallas. There were people gathered at just a few gates where they would be flying out of, otherwise it was not busy at all.
I was surprised at the amount of food places open and unfortunately all terribly unhealthy ones. Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Ben & Jerry’s, Panda Express… hmmm. That isn’t so good. One should never eat this type of food when traveling as it’s very bad for your health when you are at 34,000 feet above ground.
In DIA you go into the underground train to baggage, where my luggage came very quick (both in Dallas and Denver) due to very few other flights and so I grabbed my bags, got picked up and am now in self-quarantine for 14 days.
My thoughts about traveling during quarantine
Traveling was not nearly as ‘scary’ as I thought it might be. Things were very calm and everything in all airports ran smooth as there are so few passengers
Wear a mask, especially in America. I’m quite surprised how few people were wearing them and that many didn’t seem to care about being near one another. Understandably, a lot has changed with social distancing since the BLM marches
I was also a bit shocked at how many people were traveling in the US (mainly in Dallas) and do wonder if people are just totally over the quarantine and Corona pandemic
Bring you own food. I mean, I always think you should do this, but especially now when there are zero healthy options and most likely all national flights not serving anything
Be respectful of anyone working at the airport. Well, you should always be kind to people, but especially now because they are required to be there during times of uncertainty
If you have questions or comments drop them below.
With love,
Nikki

I Tried Past Life Regression + Answering All Your Questions
Hello my loves,
I cannot even begin to share my excitement about today’s blog post. I’m going to give you a heads up that there won’t be many photos here, but that is because it’s a Q&A that is going to ROCK.YOUR.SOCKS. So as many of you know, in February I did a Past Life Regression session. Now, if you don’t know what this is, you will and trust me, you’re going to want one. It’s truly been one of the most interesting, healing and deeper connection to myself than any other mode of self-help I’ve done. Therapy doesn’t even come close.
If you are interested in doing a session with Rob (which I highly recommend), you can receive $25 off. To get the discount: when you book write in the PayPal comments box that they heard about the session via Nikki Sharp. Rob will refund you the money after you book.
So what IS a past life regression session?
It is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives or incarnations. There are different hypnosis techniques (like slow breathing, count downs) where your guide will help you to return into a different life in search of pieces of information that can help in your present life. You may encounter beautiful experiences and sometimes painful ones, however you are prompted by your practitioner to take away the meanings of these.
I personally got into this when I read the book, Many Lives, Many Masters and then dove even deeper, finding Rob Schwartz and getting immersed in Your Soul’s Plan, then Your Soul’s Gift. They absolutely rocked my world, helping me to dive deeper into why we are here on this planet, the purpose of our life, dealing with trauma, and so on.
And that’s when I decided to book Rob for a session. I’ll go into another post on what happened because giving it only a paragraph wouldn’t do. What I will tell you here though, is that it was INCREDIBLE.
I’m not familiar with other practitioners and how they do it, but one of Rob’s specialties was that he took me to my Council of Elders and I was able to learn so, so much about some people in my life, including why I’ve faced certain traumas.
I’ve incited Rob to do a Q&A so that you can learn more about it and see if learning about your soul is something that you’d be interested in doing.
So without further ado, here are some of your (and my) biggest questions about Past Life Regression with Rob Schwartz. If you are ready to dive deeper, you can also get access to my personal session with Rob (scroll to bottom to learn more).
Q&A with Rob Schwartz on Past Life Regression
Why should someone do a Between Lives Soul Regression?
The experience pulls people out of victim consciousness and shows them that they are the powerful creators of their experience. It helps people see the deeper spiritual meaning and purpose of challenges that otherwise appear to be meaningless suffering. People often find much more joy and peace in their lives after a BLSR. Also, the pure unconditional love of the Council reminds people of what “Home” is like. Lastly, the Council will often bring in loved ones to talk with the client. People talk directly with their “deceased” parents, children, romantic partner, and others. That is profoundly healing.
What do you say to people who are skeptics of between lives regression?
In my workshops we do a group between lives regression. Contained within that larger regression is a past life regression. On multiple occasions two people who attended the workshop together went back to exactly the same past life. They saw the same people, home, furnishings, grounds around the home, historical time period, etc…. Everything they saw was identical. To me that establishes the validity of the process.
Can you be something not human? Could you have been a woman in past life if you are a man in this life?
Yes and yes. The soul is androgynous in nature. Every soul has numerous lives as a male and as a female. On occasion a soul that’s been incarnate as a human will choose to incarnate as an animal, although this is unusual.
Am I a product of past lives and the experiences or they are trash?
Everyone is a product of past lives. But understand that means past lives not just on Earth, but also on other planets. You are also a product of all the nonphysical lifetimes you’ve had.
What’s the process to get someone into the deep state needed to go into the trance?
In a Between Lives Soul Regression, we start by going through some physical and then mental relaxation steps. That’s followed by some guided imagery and hypnotic suggestions that deepen the trance state. Then I guide the client into a past life. It’s usually one that had a major impact on the plan for the current lifetime or that is shown to the client for instructive purposes (e.g., you did this in a past life, so you are capable of doing it again in your current lifetime). At the end of the past life, the client crosses over to the other side. Most people are greeted by one of their spirit guides. They talk to the guide about the meaning of the past life. The guide then takes them to the Council of Elders, the wise, loving, and highly evolved beings who oversee reincarnation on Earth. The Council knows everything about the client, including everything about the plan for the current lifetime. The Council can tell the client what they planned and why, how they’re doing in terms of fulfilling the plan, and how they can better fulfill the plan. Many people come out of a Between Lives Soul Regression saying, “I have no more questions about my life.” People also comment on the great unconditional love and total non-judgment of the Council.
If I learned a certain skill in a past life does that same skill transfer to the new one? (not a learned skill, more an inherent one)
Only if it’s part of the plan for the current lifetime. If it isn’t part of the plan, you could access the skill, but doing so might take some work.
Will a successful person in a past life have the same success in the current one?
Not necessarily. There are too many factors involved to generalize. Also, keep in mind that the definition of “success” can vary from lifetime to lifetime.
If you left something ‘off’ in a past life do you continue in your current life?
Only if you’ve planned to do so.
In this life, I’m a Muslim but I cannot enter a mosque (I don’t know how to explain it… I just CANNOT), but if you put me in a church at 9am at the morning, you can pick me up at 9pm. WHY?
This is almost certainly “residue” from past lives. You’ve probably had at least several lifetimes in which you enjoyed or were at least comfortable in church-related activities. You’ve probably also had at least one past life in which something traumatic happened in a mosque. By the way, if someone experiences in a regression the past life origin of a current life issue, a process known as abreaction often occurs, meaning there is partial or sometimes complete healing of the issue in the present life. No one knows exactly how abreaction works, but it’s a well documented phenomenon.
Would you say this more beneficial then say mushrooms or ayahuasca?
I have no personal experience with psychedelics with which to form an opinion. From what I’ve heard, psychedelics can create profound spiritual experiences, but some people do have “bad trips.”
Can anyone go into their past lives?
Yes. The key to the process is to relax deeply, which is why the hypnotic induction in a Between Lives Soul Regression is so long. The length gives the client more time to relax. [note from Nikki: the session was 3 hours!]
Are multiple sessions better or a single is enough?
For most people a Between Lives Soul Regression is so profound that another session isn’t needed unless there have been major changes in the client’s life.
How can you tell the difference between someone legitimate versus those who claim to be healers? Do you go to school for this?
I did train extensively to do this work. I suggest people ask for and then trust in their guidance. There’s often a feeling of intuitive rightness when you come across the right person to work with.
Are you completely unconscious during the session? Do you remember anything after?
I always tell clients that there consciousness will be in two places at once. Part of their consciousness has the experience; another part stays present in their physical body. So at all times the client is aware of where they are and what they are doing. People do remember the experience quite well, though I suggest they journal about the experience while it’s fresh in their minds. And I record the sessions and send the recording to the client.
Are we paying for the bad we did in our past lives in this life?
No. When “bad” things happen, it’s never as a punishment for things we did in past lives. No one punishes us, nor do we punish ourselves. We do, however, often choose to experience how we caused others to feel in past lives. But this is seen as a learning opportunity, not as a punishment.
What is the most far back (year /date) you’ve had someone remember during a session?
Occasionally someone will go to prehistoric times in the past life part of a BLSR, but that is unusual.
I’ve personally done an incredible session with you but found that when I came ‘out’ of our session, my mind was fighting with some of the answers I received. How does one deal with this battle between the human mind and the deeper spiritual answers received?
By understanding that the human brain is a third-dimensional bio-computer. Because it’s third-dimensional and is accustomed to receiving input only from the five senses, it has no framework for fully understanding an interdimensional experience. But the heart does understand. Trust what your heart tells you.
Questions from Nikki to Rob:
I’ve also experienced having another entitity/soul coming into my body (the most bizarre and painful experience of my life). Can you explain how this happens?
I’m not sure if this is what you’re referring to, but there are times when a discarnate entity will attach itself to the energy field of a person, usually in an attempt to siphon off energy and/or have a certain experience vicariously through the person.
If I’m claircognizant, does this mean I can also help people go into a deep trance and into past life?
Claircognizant means “clear knowing.” It refers to people who have accurate knowings of things that they should not know and could not know through input from their five senses. I don’t think there’s necessarily any connection between being claircognizant and helping people go into trance.
Question from a follower, to Nikki:
Did it work for you? What’s holding you back in this life that happened in previous?
It worked tremendously well. One thing I found was that after the session was done, it was almost a fight between my human mind (conscious) and fighting with things I learned about. It took me about a week to really understand everything. Once I accepted it, my life began to shift and I was able to make decisions on certain topics that were discussed much easier. It wasn’t so much that there were things holding me back now, but I did learn that the relationships I’ve had the most tension with currently all had VERY clear answers and so I was able to let go of any anger I held. Everything transformed into love for myself and those around me.

I hope that you enjoyed this Q&A with Rob (and a small bit with myself). I can tell you that this was PROFOUND and I can’t wait to go back and do another session.
After doing this, Rob and I spoke about releasing my audio session to you. This is quite vulnerable for me to do, but you will get to hear first hand what happens, how he guides you into a deep hypnosis, and what conversations I had with my Council of Elders (and their bizarre names!). I encourage you to listen to it if you have ever wanted to know or if you need some more insight before booking a session.
Just add your email to the form below and you will be sent the audio. Trust me, you’ll want to listen to it!
