15 Common Addictions and Healthier Alternatives
We all have felt these common cravings to some or the other extent in our lives, and these can easily turn into addictions if not conquered through consciousness. Here are 15 ways of transforming them to healthier alternatives:
Cakes and Sweets: While a bit of sweet treats every now and then would not ordinarily harm anyone, cakes and sweets can be highly addictive and unhealthy in the long run due to excessive fat and sugar content proven harmful for our heart and overall wellbeing. What our body is actually looking for is energy and a positive feeling of comfort. Juicy fruits make for a delicious alternative by supplying us 100% natural sugar and desirable nutrients to keep us radiantly healthy.[image error]
Breads and Chips: Cravings for pastas, biscuits, crispy fried snacks and carbohydrate rich foods is an indication that we need a feeling of a full tummy. However the excess gluten and heavy calories can easily show up on the waistline, in digestive discomfort and on the health of our skin. A healthy substitue are raw or sautee organic vegetables and crispy salads that provide natural fibre minus the excess calories to keep us feeling full as well as aid healthy digestion with a glowing effect on the skin.[image error]
Hot Curries and Spices: Our taste buds certainly seem to feel excited, but it is often the result of burning sensations and not really the flavours that your body actually desires, not to mention the acidity and upset moods that follow. A great way to add the flavour to our diet are vegetable soups laced with natural herbs such as sage, basil, parsley, cumin, rosemary and tarragon and that are soothing yet yummy and good for our tummy. [image error]
Icecreams and Fizzy Drinks: Excellent advertising and marketing through the decades has most of us thirsting and craving for sodas and ice, especially in dry and hot weather. Not only do they have poor nutritional value, they can harm our throat and stomach too. A much more satisfying substitution is found in water as well as homemade drinks and coolers such as watermelon, minty lime or lemon water and fresh berries to quench, cleanse and purify our system.[image error]
Tea and Coffee: Some of the most addictive substances are our daily cups of tea and coffee which are hard to let go of at times inspite of the nicotine and caffeine that can be harmful despite the engineered marketing claims of health benefits and research often promoted by industrial cartels. Herbal teas or Tisanes including home made concoctions such as ginger, lemon, nettle, lemongrass, hibiscus, peppermint, chamomile, dandelion and more are delightful alternatives to our daily requirement of hot beverages for healing and detoxification.[image error]
Juices and Concentrates: Contrary to what we might have believed juices brought over the counter are not usually healthy as they are often filtered and diluted to remove fibre and containing concentrated sugars or even artificially sweetened at times. Keep all the fibre and pulp in, minus the sweeteners with homemade smoothies prepared with a combination of vegetables and fruits such as spinach, cucumber, kale, grapes, beet and avocado that can be prepared in less than five minutes.[image error]
Smokes and Alcohol: Whether tobacco or other herbs or drinks that claim to provide a high, what we are really seeking is mental peace and destressing. Avoid cancerous and addictive substances by simple breathing techniques to take in fresh, clean air with yoga and meditation for stress relief. Aromatherapy with essential oils can be an excellent alternative too with therapeutic effects on the mind, body and soul.[image error]
Music, Movies and Telly: Constantly being plugged into gadgets for entertainment can be stressful for our third-eye as it blocks our inner creative vision and inner music from higher dimensions. Clear away thought pollution and noise in the head with simple habits of good restful sleep, noting down your dreams, receptivity and intuition training and meditative states to sharpen our inner senses. This way we can also develop extended sensory perceptions and lucid dreaming skills for awakening our consciousness.[image error]
Social Media and Gossip: Chatting with friends, sharing updates and exchanging sweet pleasentries is one thing, while being unable to spend a single moment alone or with loved ones who we are responsible for due to addiction to socialising and social media is another. What we are actually seeking is a loving connection with the universe and this can be found through heart-centered meditation and compassion practice, family activities or through social work and volunteering for good causes.[image error]
Looks and Popularity: We all like looking beautiful and receiving compliments, but an obsession with outer beauty, selfies, cosmetics, clothing or style can sometimes be at the expense of not allowing the real substance of the soul to shine through our natural face and natural body. Detach from false admirers and envious eyes by focusing on your inner talents, true or real friends, supportive and positive relations who bring our our true inner worth and through self-development at an integral level.[image error]
Money and Status: Whether through the next big car, house, designer labels or vacation we sometimes entangle ourselves with the illusion of materialism promoted steadily by some moviestars, celebrities and business tycoons. We can stop wasting our precious resources on meaningless things and start working on our inner and true resources by discovering our soul purpose, inner power and spiritual wealth that is the mark of true abundance that grows when shared.[image error]
Daydreaming and Fantasy: It is indeed healthy for our inner child to have a good imagination and to create fantasies in our mind, yet an excess of this can have us ungrounded and be a sign of inner depression or being stuck in unfulfilled dreams that float in our subconscious for a long time. Past regression for discovering our suppressed memories from earlier years or even past lives can help heal these issues or traumas that are at the core of our subconscious.[image error]
Religious Fixation: Cultures, religion and mythology are great subjects to delve into so that we can expand our mind, but a fixation on any limited belief system can make us judgemental or even fundamentalistic if we are unable to accept various points of view and stay open to learning. We can fulfil our search for truth and justice minus the indoctrination by learning about nature and karmic laws and make peace with the universe through understanding and love.[image error]
Occult Power: We all love to have power over our reality, but it may be unhealthy if we are obsessed with the occult and seek to control others or their minds through our ego-centrism. The illusion of me versus others is broken through an expansion of consciousness through self-realization so that we realize our inheret unity and see our own reflection in all people and things in the world to bring about compassionate awareness.[image error]
Sex and Sensuality: We all need a healthy sensual experience of life for accepting joy and for balanced romantic relationships, yet an excessive focus on sexuality can be a sign of past repression, lack of inner joy and even depression. Let go of dependency with inner love and joyful creative activities such as music, yoga and arts to express the sacral chakra energy more beneficially instead of draining out all your power so that the kundalini or inner energy ascends to higher levels of consciousness without being repressed or blocked.[image error]

Eight Easy Ways to Reduce Plastic Everyday
Plastic, short for pliable elastic, was invented in 1907 and contained no molecules of nature whatsoever, making it hazardous to the environment as it does not biodegrade like other natural substances. Within just a few decades plastic has managed to pollute our planet to a great degree by being falsely marketed to us as an inescapable part of our daily life. Little do we realize that plastic was popularized only in the 1960s and many of us had relatively plastic free childhoods. Here are some easy ways we can return to a greener lifestyle.
Bring Your Own Bottle: We instinctively buy a can or bottle of juice or water when we feel thirsty outside but this habit can cost us our planet. Cans and bottles used in packaging beverages account for a majority of our plastic waste all over the world. According to this Greenpeace report on plastic, of the 480 billion plastic beverage bottles sold in 2016 alone, less than half were collected for recycling, and of that only 7 percent was turned into new plastic.. We can easily change our one behavior pattern and save the world, and our money, by simply carrying a durable and long lasting bottle of water from home whenever we set out. [image error]
No Unnecessary Disposables: We do not really need straws to sip liquids. Similarly we do not always require disposable shopping bags if we simply carry a spare bag with us. Electric razors could reduce plastic waste as compared to disposable razors. We could use cardboard applicators instead of plastic ones for tampons. Disposable plastic cups, spoons and stirrers can easily be replaced with regular mugs and durable cutlery. Better still, having our coffee at home could be great for our health, wallet and for the environment than cafes that serve us in disposable plastic. [image error]
Go Micro-bead Free: Fine plastic beads in our toothpastes, exfoliating scrubs, shower gels, face wash and other cosmetic or personal care products are likely to be commercial gimmicks that are neither very helpful to our health nor good for our environment. As they go down the drain they contaminate our water bodies such as rivers and oceans threatening life and health by entering our food chain. According to this shocking report on micro-plastics, 80 percent of tap water all over the world is contaminated, Simply do not purchase products containing micro-beads.[image error]
Eco-friendly Grocery: While ordinary supermarkets have been selling plastic packaged food items, we also have fantastic organic farmers that home deliver fruits and vegetables to us in eco-friendly boxes and paper bags, as well as green grocers who sell whole foods without plastic bags and boxes. We can also use our own shopping trolley and say no when offered plastic bags at checkout. Reducing pre-packaged food in our diet is also great for our health as our bodies love fresh and raw produce. Eating fresh would also reduce the need for storing foods in plastic bags and zippers in the fridge.[image error]
Beware of Hidden Sources of Plastic: Many people are surprised to know that some of the things we consume everyday, such as teabags and chewing gum may contain plastic which could be hazardous for health. Using a tea-strainer with loose tea, especially herbal infusions and getting rid of the chewing gum habit could be healthier and more eco-friendly.[image error]
Alternatives to Plastic Packed Toiletries: Most of us find it convenient to use plastic packaged washing products, however paper wrapped soap bars could minimize our dependence on plastic bottles, while natural alternatives such as Shikakai and Reetha (Soap Nuts) are considered great for hair and can also be sealed in a muslin cloth and tossed with our clothing in the washing machine for cleaning and a wonderful aroma in our linen too. Natural homemade products such as avocado pulp cream, banana mash face pack, olive oil for hair can be good alternatives to packaged brands. [image error]
Be Natural: By having a simple, minimalist and spiritual lifestyle we can reduce our overall consumption of unnecessary cosmetics, hair products, plastic gadgets such as hair dryers, personal care brands and other lifestyle products that rely heavily on plastic packaging. By loving our natural hair, skin and healthy body and using less plastic we not only enhance our well being but make our planet more beautiful from within and outside. [image error]
For Babies and Children: Many parents are trying cloth nappies instead of disposable ones, not only to save up on their expenses but also to reduce non-biodegradable waste as disposable nappies or diapers do contain plastic. Similarly glitter used in crafts and many stationery products such as pens and glue-sticks may contain plastic, the usage of which we can keep to a minimum by using pencils, eco-friendly glue and stationary. Many eco-conscious parents try to buy wooden toys instead of the common plastic ones for their children.[image error]

21 Subjects We Missed at School and Need to Provide to Our Children
Traditional schooling as most of us remember has been rigidly divided into separate faculties such as physics, mathematics, biology, arts, literature, history, geography, politics and economics. Since we are very young we were taught these subjects in a logic driven, rote-learnt and test-intensive way, with little or no connection to ourselves. We had no idea why we were here in the world and what we really wanted. Schooling was a chore we had to put up with so that one day we might find a regular job. We were also simultaneously indoctrinated to follow beliefs and traditions handed down from our genetic lineage, religious or cultural environment without any inner reasoning or enlightenment only to fit in with everyone around us.
Some of us somehow stumbled upon Who We Are, Why We Are Here and How We Can Live Better. We call this Spiritual Awakening. How about if we received such practical and life enriching education right from our childhood that we felt empowered, joyful and energized, eager to live, learn and create a wholesome life?
Here are some subjects we can consider including in our NEW systems of school and home education for our children to replace the existing ones:
Right Ways of Breathing, Relaxation and Meditation
Right types of Food and Nutrition for Good Health
Yoga and Exercises for Inner and Outer Well-being
Various Flowers, Trees, Herbs, Plants and how to grow and care for them
Various Animals and Pets and how to look after and relate with them
Eco Friendly and Energy Efficient Lifestyles
Ethics, Rights and Responsibilities towards Self and Others
Positive Affirmations and Visualizations to create your life
Mind-power and ESP for Awakening and Self Discovery
Our Life Purpose, Choices and Discernment
Consciousness, Evolution and Who We Are
Empathy, Intuition and Communication to Understand Self and Others
Lessons in Kindness and Karma
Eliminating Addictions and Excesses through Self Contentment
Secrets of Nature and Discovering New Truths about our Reality
Dreams and Subconscious Psychology for Deeper Healing
Transforming Fears, Guilt, Sadness, Anger and Self-doubt
Prevention and Cure of Various Diseases
Inner Science of Energy, Vibrations and Holistic Healing
Creativity, Fun, Joy and Laughter
Unity, World-peace and Global Welfare
Not only would these subjects combine various departments and disciplines such as psychology, physics, language, music, art, medicine, biology, culture, politics, economics and law from a positive and futuristic point of view, but also introduce the much needed dimensions of inner consciousness, self-development and spiritual science that are much missing from education for thousands of years. As a result we would see a happier, positive and kinder world for all of us.
Which subjects would you like to see in your child’s education and why? Share with us in a comment below.
Feel free to share this article and discuss it with family, friends, parents and educators so that we can develop upon and initiate new transformations.

Everything I know about ESP – Russell Targ
‘You don’t have to eat porridge at your guru’s feet or pay anyone thousands of dollars. Remote Viewing is a natural ability like vision or hearing. If you work with a friend you can quickly become psychic…’ confides Russell Targ (straight-up physicist, psychic and the go-to-guy for US intelligence agencies for two decades) in this brilliant and witty talk where he concludes, ‘Remote Viewing is not about finding stuff but finding yourself…if you look into the mirror in the morning and think who you see in that mirror is who you really are, you are in for a lot of suffering. Who you really are, is non-local awareness independent of space and time and if you can quiet your mind and move your awareness besides the conditioned awareness of what it says on your business card, into naked awareness, you can start to experience the universe as it is.’
P.S. I got to know about Russell and his work from ‘The Mind Race’. Russell, an avid biker is legally blind, was senior scientist at Lockheed. This TED talk was cancelled.

Six Ways How Meditation Can Save the World
Meditation is a daily essential practice of inner stillness and peace that can illuminate our consciousness. Our life just like our dreams, is a manifestation of our conscious or subconscious mind. When we meditate we transform the unconscious into pure consciousness and become more aware of how we are creating our universe from within. If this subject was an adequate part of our learning at home or schools, we would certainly see the following changes in our world:
Consumerism to Creativity: Totally dependent on things outside for fulfillment, we saw how mindless consumerism including unhealthy food and lifestyles eroded the natural resources of our planet. What if people found peace and contentment within themselves and enjoyed the beauty of nature instead of destroying it for selfish short-term gains? Through meditation we have more mindfulness where we resonate with the vibration of creator consciousness. Through a love of nature we enjoy the universe with inner balance instead of splurging on artificial things to fulfill hollow lives. We start creating more beauty, joy and abundance instead of being mere victims of consumerism.[image error]
Disease to Well-being: Stress and strain of living a busy life along with pollution has affected most of us to some or the other degree in the modern world. Diseases such as cancer, heart attacks, obesity, diabetes, asthma, allergies and many associated illnesses have gripped individuals who believe that hospitals and medications are the solutions to the problem. Truth is that the root cause of the issues we are facing are in our own lifestyle and daily practices. When we meditate and return to nature, we start manifesting healthier lives and choose the right places to live in, the right foods to eat, the right sleep schedules and intuitive living and holistic healing to prevent diseases and create more permanent wellness from deep within.[image error]
Crime to Compassion: Harming others is impossible when we learn to be kind from within instead of only through outer rules imposed from authorities. When we begin to discover our inner self through meditation and peacefulness, we automatically become more kind and compassionate towards ourselves and this reflects in the way we treat others. We enjoy gentleness and loving energy instead of negative thoughts. We no longer indulge in overthinking, leave alone plotting, scheming or hurting others.[image error]
Corruption to Truth: Even in what used to be spiritual countries once upon a time, we have witnessed the heights of bribery, lawlessness, dishonesty and corruption. This is because our true inner spirituality and inner truth were replaced by outer religion, outer rituals and rites, without an understanding of the inner laws or ethics that are the core of our own awakened heart. With an inner awakening through meditation we can rediscover our own inner truth within our spirit. We become a witness to ourselves and are honest and sincere even when no-one else is looking by becoming more mature and responsible towards ourselves.[image error]
Addictions to Freedom: It is not only drugs and alcohol that are addictive but also gadgets, wi-fi, foods, media, movies, cosmetics, thoughts and people. Not all the things we are used to are good for us. Through meditation and inner awakening we discover the universe is indeed within us and we need not depend on anything from outside to set us free or provide us any thrill or joy. We discover the source of true joy and happiness from the depths of our spirit. We begin to liberate our soul from all the burdens and chains that weighed us down.[image error]
Violence to Peace: Anger and violence are products of an unfulfilled spirit that seeks vengeance or domination. Use of power to rule over others has been a part of society only because people have not yet discovered that ‘others’ is illusion and all of us are actually One. We discover a loving connection with the universe through meditation to be at peace instead of judging, condemning, avenging or destroying ourselves. Imagine if everyone learnt meditation and discovered their inner treasures of peace and love how different the world would be![image error]

Seven Ways People Stay Unhappy and How to Transform From Within
We all create our own sorrows as a way of learning and growing towards the light. Our pain draws attention to those suppressed or repressed parts of ourself that need healing. While some people are constantly stuck in the same unhappy situations, others move on transformed, healed and awakened. What is the difference?
1. Unhappy people keep thinking about their suffering and want someone (else) to help them. They love talking about their past with everyone they meet because it is necessary for them to attract sympathy and emotional support but they often find that people are not always equipped to help them in concrete ways. They also haunt religious places seeking answers to their prayers through a deity outside them and feel excited or frustrated when it coincidentally ‘works’ or does not. What they really need is the right inner work to begin transforming their situation. The right spiritual perspective would be scientific and self empowering. Therapies to heal the past patterns from within help realize our own karma through which we created our situation. To focus on learning how to manifest a better situation through our own energetic shift would be much more helpful than looking around.
2. Unhappy people feel they are victims of jealousy, attacks and conspiracies. Their energy is constantly drained in seeking confirmation that they have indeed been manipulated, targeted and made scapegoats by each and everyone, whether their own family, friends or systems of the world. If you have not yet been blamed by them for any of their miseries you soon will! Happy people in contrast look within themselves to realize that the people and systems that they attract into their life are somehow deeply connected to their level of consciousness. They understand that the universe is within them and all of their unconscious parts are exposed in the form of the collective that sometimes seems dysfunctional or limiting. These enlightened people are able to raise the consciousness of individuals or masses by their light, thereby transforming those very systems that others kept blaming all the time.
3. Unhappy people enjoy reading negative, controversial news and gossip to feed their mind with information and are eager to share those on social media and in personal interactions. Often these stories become what ‘everyone is talking about’ in social circles around the world. Media highlights the most negative stories even more because they know what catches the public fancy and adds to their circulation. Happy people on the other hand are aware that there are infinitely more positive things to be grateful for and a lot of really good people with inspiring stories to share. If they see or read a negative story their focus is on how they can personally shift the energy of the situation through their inner power, by sending healing or manifesting change and not just looking around for someone else to fix the situation. They believe in themselves.
4. Unhappy people seek to fill their emptiness with meaningless relationships, false friends, unhealthy and excess food, unecessary shopping and other addictions. They try to enhance their self worth through their looks, labels, wealth, certifications or popularity to help them project a better image or status outwardly. They are unable to enjoy space, silence, nature, or their own presence. Happy people on the other hand choose minimalism over excess. They know that ‘less is more’ and that they only need so much that they actually require for optimal living, whether in real estate, wardrobe, refrigerator, newsfeeds, inbox messages, edicational degrees or bank balance. Gaining consciousness and being self content is tremendously more satisfying than acculumating things or knowledge.
5. Unhappy people would love fatalism, prophecies, predictions and psychic readings to give them definitive answers. They want to be told what their future is, as if it were happening outside them. They feel unsure, incapable or undeserving of the power to manifest their own destiny, so much so that they judge others who believe in their inner power. Happy people love being centered in the creative spirit within them. They know that the universal life force energy does not flow from outside but from the universe within. They are aware of how each person or thing in their life is projected through their inner consciousness. They have seen the power of creative visualization in action through their own practice and do not require external proof.
6. Unhappy people are afraid to upgrade their beliefs. They hold on to the known because it is comfortable for them. They hang out with the same people they are accustomed to especially based on caste, race, religion, looks or social status. They watch the same senseless television shows and read the same quality of books just to follow the crowd. As a result their consciousness remains at the same level for a very long time. Happy people on the other hand manifest the next higher level of being. They attract more bliss and peace instead of everything else.
7. Unhappy people label themselves as ‘unhappy’. Their belief that they are unhappy people attracts more unhappiness to them. They speak of being unhappy as their present condition as if they have no choice. A happy person has been very unhappy in the past, sometimes even till today or perhaps even until this very moment. They may have suffered greatly, but gain awareness in the present moment to choose happiness right now. They accept their suffering as a catalyst for inner awakening. They trust that somehow from right now onwards, they can and will initiate at least some form of change. Through this scientific faith they begin to unfold a truly happy life from this moment forward.

Six Ways To Being Our Authentic Self
In ordinary life we come across many people, each one wearing many masks. We all put-on our smiles and suppress our tears because ‘someone might be watching’. We refuse to feel our own emotions and barely know ourselves leave alone our neighbours or ‘friends’. Here are some ways we can drop the act and get closer to being who we actually are.
1. Spending Time With Ourself: Imagine you are alone, without your mobiles, laptops and in a place where there are no shops, restaurants or cinema halls to entertain you constantly. How long until you die of boredom? If we cannot be with ourself for even a few minutes, how can we get to know the ‘real self’? We need to truly enjoy getting to know ourself first before we can develop authentic relationships with others. Real happiness begins in the silent space of our own heart.[image error]
2. Expressing Emotions Naturally: How often do people focus on being ‘polite’ and outwardly nice while holding on to unexpressed grudges and allowing misunderstandings to grow all the more. Instead if we could say what we feel with truthful kindness and without fear or hesitation, we could resolve whatever was bothering us mutually and get it out of the way early-on. Because we refrain from healthy self expression our bottled up emotions turn into ticking time-bombs that might erupt later causing much damage to ourselves and others. By allowing natural self-expression we return to our childlike self again.[image error]
3. Loving Our Natural Body: Do we judge ourself by our appearences and strive to be a perfect supermodel? Behind all the make-up and designer labels we might have a really beautiful person whom nobody really knows. Our natural skin and body-type is enhanced through healthy food, a happier life and a balance of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Our disabilities, wounds or scars only enhance our inner beauty because they reveal our inner strength. We need to love our real face and inner beauty once again along with our natural body. [image error]
4. Discovering Our Natural Abilities: Society, family, educators…all have their own expectations of what we should do in our life. Our careers, hobbies and talents are constantly shaped through role-models, media, parents or peers. The result – disregard for our actual self, missing out on our true life purpose and not being able to develop our inner talents or skills. By spending time with our authentic self and falling in love with who we are, we can give energy to ourself once again, regardless of our age or life situation. [image error]
5. Reducing Fake Interactions: A lot of us spend more time with people who might not even care about us at all, just because we expect them to help us in business or for the sake of networking. Social media becomes a place where everyone is shouting for attention, whether for likes on selfies or birthday wishes. Instead if we had even one true friend, a pet or our own self to have a truly heartfelt relationship with, we would not need thousands of false friends to exchange small-talk with. Instead of selfies and artificial greetings we could focus on self realization and deeper interactions built on love, trust and empathy. [image error]
6. Celebrating Ourselves: Throughout the world we have seen celebrity worship. Cinestars, television hosts, religious figures, bestselling authors..famous personalities have occupied the minds and hearts of people who are often victims of consumerism, branding and mass marketing. By loving our authentic self we can now allow attention to return to our true inner hero. We can celebrate our unique individual traits and also those of others around us. Instead of ignoring the real life talents of people who actually make a difference to our life we can honour ourselves and each other as real stars and reach out to each other more genuinely.[image error]

Five Hi-Tech Gadgets for the Modern Yogi
So far science and technology was overly concerned about how to observe and harness the energy of the world around us. Today’s futuristic technology has surpassed this and invaded the territory of our own consciousness. Consecutively, not only mystics and meditators but also regular people can experience the power of consciousness and inner wellbeing. Here are some examples:
Lucid Dreaming Band: With this technology we can now have a digital ‘third-eye’ of sorts. The lucid dream band senses our REM or rapid eye movements which indicates we are dreaming in our sleep, to generate lights that reach our dream, so that we can know that we are dreaming. Once we gain awareness that we are in a dream, we can do whatever we want in our dream, be it flying, moving or changing or dreamworld, or any other magical experience. This also gives us control over nightmares to help us fight anxiety and relax ourself at will. Examples: https://sleepwithaurora.com/aurora/ and http://www.ibandplus.com/[image error]
Meditation Band: With these headbands, our brain waves are sensed in real-time to generate corresponding sounds or music as we meditate. For instance when our mind is relaxed and settled, we could hear the sound of calm wind or sea waves, else the elements would also reflect the stress detected in our brain. These devices also enable guided us to calm our brain waves and experience greater wellbeing. Examples: http://www.choosemuse.com/ or https://getversus.com [image error]
Aura Vision: While headbands measure and provide feedback to us mentally, aura devices can through biofeedback generate a visual image of our ‘aura’ or inner state in the form of our chakra colours and luminosity along with various graphs and charts through aura softwares, to show us how our emotional and mental state could be on your computer screen. If used correctly we could also get a live visual for how energy is changing or moving during a healing session or how energy shifts before and after healing or over a period of time. Examples: http://inneractive.com/energy/ and http://www.auraphoto.com/[image error]
Breathing and Fitness Tracker: Through these gadgets you can clip on or wear small devices that can track your breathing patterns or heart rate to provide feedback on your stress and anxiety levels so that you can take vital steps towards calming and wellbeing. You could also stick tags to your clothes or undergarments to discreetly monitor your wellbeing levels and receive feedback on how you could do better. Example: https://www.spire.io and https://www.getqardio.com[image error]
Virtual Reality Meditation: Through a simulated environment you could experience tranquility and relaxation using multi-sensory simulations to feel as if you are infact in the reality where you are stress-free. Although this technology is still developing it could well be a feature of our daily life soon. VR can also be used to provide therapy for pain and psychological disorders such as phobias or post traumatic stress by allowing you to relive past memories, or enter simulations where you can face your fears to experience healing. The Spiritual Message of The Fool in Tarot
The Tarot is not a tool for fortune-telling but one of spiritual awakening and self realization. It hides many mysteries regarding our consciousness and various spiritual paths to our higher self. The Fool symbolises the innocent and pure inner self which is quietly observing ourself even as we are learning and growing in our spiritual journey only to return to ourself.
