picture from pixabay.com I have a confession to make.I'm tired of illnesses. I'm tired of my sons passing colds back and forth. I'm tired of the constant feeling that I'm one sneeze away from catching a cold myself.

And I'm tired of chronic illnesses. You know the ones that don't go away. The ones that are here to stay. They're like the bubonic plague, vengeful and destructive and seemingly impossible to eradicate.

I'm tired of illnesses.

Yay! My Christmas vacation is off to a good start. Granted I'm not traveling for the holidays, and I don't have a 9 to 5 job I'm off from, so my week looks pretty normal. Except, my boys are home. But I just finished a book I was fortunate enough to enjoy.
