Diversity Speaker for Customer Service Training - Diversity and Customer Service Speaker to Empower You!

Warm greetings from sunny Florida!

As a worldwide speaker who has provided thousands of presentations in 57 countries and 6 continents, I am deeply and intimately acquainted with and passionate about diversity. I also personally met Dr. Martin Luther King's daughter to catch the spirit of diversity and empower humanity regardless of race to live like a King.

As a world traveler who frequently interacts with the hospitality industry and serves part-time as a mystery shopper, I would be able to deliver a compelling, captivating and empowering presentation on diversity for your company in regard to providing customer service when dealing with different customs and ethnicities.

Having authored several books including "United States of Arrogance" I am also aware of some of the foolish stereotypes and labeling that goes on in North America, which reduces our influence and impact as leaders.

Here below are a couple informal videos, my website and bio to further acquaint you with me.

Health and Wellness Speaker - Relief for Gas and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBS

After much reading and diligent searching I have finally discovered some success steps to cure undesirable gas and irritable bowel syndrome.

Nobody wants to be overwhelmed by their own body odor and gas, but these toxic excretions reveal the imbalances within our own body that desperately need to be attended to before we go from being afflicted to developing more life-threatening diseases.

As we age and reach 40 years of age, adults in the latter half of their lives tend to produce less digestive enzymes which are needed to break down and digest foods.

Therefore the first order of business is to:

1. Get a reputable digestive enzyme to help and aid you in the digestion of your food daily and lessen the load on your digestive tract.

http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Ome...

2. Flaxseed oil which protects and serves as a defense to the intestinal lining, while also benefiting your brain and heart.

http://www.amazon.com/Barleans-Organi...

Flaxseed oil is best taken with plain yogurt or cottage cheese for maximum absorption. Refrigerate your flaxseed oil after opening and turn it upside down two minutes before taking to ensure you get some ground seeds along with your flaxseed oil. I actually cut the container open before disposing of it, because usually near the end of the container I find a huge amount of powerful ground flaxseed at the bottom which I scoop and put in my yogurt for a delicious and health rejuvenating snack.

3. L-Glutamine - something a body builder in NY turned me on to for helping my muscles heal after a grueling workout. Little did I know until doing some reading last night that L-Gluatamine also is a major metabolic fuel for the intestinal cells, which helps to maintain the villi vital for the absorption surfaces of the gut.

http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals...

For maximum and speedy absorption I put my L-Glutamine under my tongue for a couple of minutes before swallowing. It is best taken on an empty stomach with 50mg of vitamin B6 and 100mg of vitamin C. Don't take L-Glutamine with milk.

4. Vitamin B Complex and B12 for proper absorption of foods, synthesis of proteins and metabolism of carbohydrates.

http://www.amazon.com/TwinLab-Vitamin...

5. Fiber for a healing and cleansing effect. I use this great tasting super seed blend which also is an antioxidant to build your immune system while keeping you regular.

http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Sup...

I also highly recommend a power green mix in the morning at least half-an-hour before breakfast to cleanse you thoroughly, remove harmful metals from your body and give you a boost of energy.

6. Garlic to kill unwanted toxins and parasites in your colon and aid in digestion. I prefer to take my garlic raw with bread or put it on my salads or meat (raw) for maximum burn - removing sore throats and any unwanted virus. Garlic kept me alive when traveling throughout the impoverished third world, where garlic proved to be my only antibiotic. God knew what He was doing when He put garlic in the earth.

http://www.amazon.com/Kyolic-Garlic-E...

I had a bulb of several cloves of garlic in my backpack in India, which I forgot and left there for a month or two. Unlike other veg or fruit, I came back and the garlic was still in tact... just a bit dried out. Garlic has amazing antioxidant and healing properties.

7. Multivitamin and mineral complex to supply the nutrients you need that aren't being properly absorbed.

http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Plus-So...

8. Free-form amino acid complex to repair mucous membranes within the intestines.

I like desiccated liver (organic from Argentina) myself:

http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Nutri...

9. Chew your food slowly and at great lengths remembering that eating vegetables (according to Dr. Russel Blaylock, MD) allows you to absorb about 20% to 30% of them and blenderizing the vegetables allows 90% absorption.

Since I like Dr. Oz prefer to eat my vegetables for the benefit of the fiber, I now realize the importance of chewing slowly. To help you chew slowly don't eat while watching TV or working at the computer as you tend to eat faster. Also avoid eating with people who stress you out, annoy you or make you nervous ...which also leads to you eating faster to get away from them.

People who practice stress management have fewer and lesser attacks of IBS. So stress less and control your emotions.

10. Do not eat large meals which places more stress on the digestive system. Spread your meals out in small portions of food throughout the day.

11. Practice deep breakthing since oxygen is not only vital to sustain our lives, but is integral in the digestive process.

12. Eat papaya and pineapple often, even some seeds of the papaya to aid in digestion.

13. Drink plenty of water - six to eight glasses of liquids daily (minimum).

14. Avoid alcohol and tobacco which irritate the lining of the stomach and colon.

15. Aloe vera juice is very useful to heal the digestive tract, keeping the colon walls clean of excess mucus and slows down food reactions. Take 1/2 cup three times daily, on an empty stomach.

Change and Transition Speaker - Prayer Changes Things, Beginning with You

Draw near to God, allow Him to melt your heart, open your eyes and position you for breakthrough!

My response to a recent inquiry for a prayer request from a friend in ministry:

"Wholehearted focus, fire, passion for God and people, opportunities to serve worldwide and make a mighty impact, peace for marriage & home life, free flow of finances and anointing / unction of the Holy Spirit for breakthrough ministry and miracle working power for God's glory throughout the earth."

Pray and agree with me and I shall for you!

Jesus said, "Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:19-20)

Hold is close Lord in your love and keep us from falling all over ourselves!

"Now unto Him [God:] that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy" (Jude 1:24).

Tim Tebow's Final Game as Florida Gator and Urban Meyer's Success Secrets as Coach

After the Florida Gators beat Cincinnati Bearcats 51-24 in the Sugar Bowl. Tim Tebow had a sweet victory amassing 533 total yards setting a Sugar Bowl record.

Wearing Ephesians 2:8-10 beneath his eyes, heisman trophy winner Tim Tebow delivered a message of hope to humanity from the Bible which reads:

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

After the game coach Urban Meyer and Tim Tebow spoke at a press conference aired on Fox 35 across Florida. Urban Meyer immediately following the game said after some time to care for his health and family would be returning to coach the Gators next year.

When asked what Meyer did to lead the Gators senior class to become the SEC's most winningest college football team, coach said: "Teach them to love, care for and fight for one another."

In another question later on, coach Meyer said early on in every football game he endeavors to read what the opposing defense brings to the line against his offense during the first two possessions of play and then adjusts accordingly.

Tim Tebow's final message to his fans and supporters when asked by a reporter was he wanted to be remembered as someone who "Loves the Lord, loves his coaches and teammates and uplifts people to live better lives."

Certainly Tim and coach Urban Meyer have been a huge inspiration to the Gator nation and undoubtedly to many of all ages who watch college football.

I wish Tim success in the NFL and a fun summer following graduation at UF. Our prayers go out to Urban Meyer and his family as he rests and recuperates after a long and successful season.
