Skype Consumer Fraud Unauthorized Charges
Skype unathorized charge on 07/11/24 for a RECURRING PAYMENT on 07/09 Skype Redmond WA S384192169631887 $39.00
My Skype account RevivingNations@yahoo.com and GreatAwakening / username) does not even work and is RESTRICTED on Skype.
Skype was never authorized to debit my card. I never use their service and it never works in the past when I tried. In fact, I deposited amounts in the past to use Skype and they kept my money, but it didn't work.
Therefore Skype should refund me $39 for the current charge and the past 3 charges (small amounts) when I paid to add time to Skype, but yet it didn't work after paying small fees.

Netflix Consumer Fraud is a serious ongoing matter occurring worldwide daily.
Netflix charged me $26.04 when I was overseas in the Philippines for online movie access, but all the shows and movies I wanted to see were unavailable. I therefore emailed and contacted Netflix asking them to CANCEL and REFUND the charge and service, but didn't. I did not authorize the charge, nor the reoccurring charges at $26.04. Netflix should REFUND ALL CHARGES on the dates below. I am rejecting this response because, Netflix OVERCHARGED ME substantially when in the poor Philippines and simply trying to access its movies. In years past the Netflix monthly charge was between $6 to $7. This time Netflix charged me $26. Furthermore, none of the movies I wanted to access were available. I immediately contacted Netflix via its website and emails, but was ignored. In fact, Netflix charged me 3 times for $26 and I never agreed to this price AND immediately cancelled the service when I realized Netflix videos and movies were not available overseas for me.
Therefore I have no obligation, nor reason to contact Netflix directly as they have already ignored me for 3 months. Instead I want to contact the Better Business Bureau and inform them and the world of consumers to beware of Netflix fraudulent business practices, charges and false advertisements misinforming and deceiving customers about videos not available on its platform for which they charge subscribers. When enough consumers unite and rally together, we can launch a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Netflix to get our money back and PUNITIVE DAMAGES for BREACH OF CONTRACT and CONSUMER FRAUD occurring at Netflix.

HostGator virus, malware and websites hacked
HostGator virus, malware and websites hacked
All of my websites hosted by HostGator have been hacked, compromised and polluted due to a VIRUS on the HostGator server. My web designer who specializes in removing malware and bugs from websites revealed this to me with imagery showing the problems presently occurring at HostGator and why they are ignoring my emails and phone calls. Thus, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and United States Federal Trade Commission seeking resolution and payment from HostGator for its negligence and business failures costing me dearly.
Do not forget, Host Gator is paid to protect its servers and its customers' websites. In this it has failed miserably and all payments made should be refunded AND damages for its costly negligence harming my online reputation, marketability and business.
Church Pastors don't want their websites to show bikini sales from a Russian site as that compromises the INTEGRITY of their message, ministry and business purity.
The Better Business Bureau complaint #21936607 against HostGator continues to grow as I daily learn more about the virus devouring the HostGator server and deleting its customers' websites.

United Airlines Fraud and Customer Service Failures
In the good old days, AIRLINES actually cared about their CUSTOMERS and would speak to you face to face at the airport. Now they hide from their negligence and flight delays by giving you a cheap apology via text and all airline reps abandon their desks and tell you to reschedule via the app or phone (if you can endure being on eternal hold until someone answers it). UNITED AIRLINES informed all their employees about the flight delay because none were at the departure gate at 5pm. UNITED however did not inform passengers about the flight delay until 4:10pm. The alleged excuse for the delay, inclement weather in Houston, was not verified in the weather report, but works nicely for UNITED to enable them to avoid paying for passengers' hotels due to their negligence causing flight delays and cancellations. Avoid UNITED AIRLINES whenever possible if alternative options exist.
Upon calling United Airlines at 4:30pm about an earlier flight to Denver (beyond my 5pm flight pushed back to 8pm), the rep in the Philippines asked me if I could catch the 3:45pm flight. Clearly, she was unaware of the time in Florida. Next she asked me if I could fly from Tampa (as if Orlando and Tampa were right next door).
To further complicate matters, United Airlines cancelled my 5pm flight twice, pushing it back to 8pm and then later to 10pm. Although there was another flight at 8:40pm no airline reps offered to put me on it without me taking the initiative to request they do so.
I eventually called United on the phone bought a first class ticket for $539 to get on the 8:40pm flight on United Airlines after they cancelled my 5pm and 8pm flights and three agents mercilessly never put me on standby for the 8:40pm flight (only a 4th agent at the airport put me on standby for the 10pm flight, after two cancellations already, when I persevered, but said I was 6th in line and there are only 4 open seats). Now that I have paid AGAIN to play by calling United (to fly first class and am $peaking United's language) suddenly I am on the 8:40pm flight flying FIRST CLASS.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint regarding the matter and seek a full refund from United Airlines in the amount of 738.48 for the nonsense and many hours of my life lost due to United Airlines' lies, negligence and fraud.
Dishonorable mention to the following United agents at the Orlando airport who did nothing to help me fly to see my daughter: Gabriel, Brendon, and Kimberly.😡 Thanks to Boris for putting me on standby (although 6th in line for only 4 empty available seats). A million thanks to the airline rep on the phone who helped me buy a FIRST CLASS ticket and bypass the nonsense to go see my daughter.🙌

Dear Honorable France Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné,
Please kindly hear my heartfelt appeal for the short-stay visa application () for my fiance Jessa Sanico (from the Philippines, passport () to visit France with me (an American citizen) on May 26 to June 21, 2024. The formal appeal and Jessa’s passport were sent to the Deputy Director of Visas in Nantes Cedex 1 France on May 5, 2024. The DHL tracking number is 55 4641 7424 and arrived May 6th. Thus, far nobody has confirmed receipt of Jessa’s passport and appeal, nor communicated with us via email to assist our travel plans and/or pursuit of any refunds if necessary.
Today is Jessa Sanico’s birthday in the Philippines (May 15, 2024). Jessa is currently living with me, Paul F. Davis, in Cebu City at the Parklane Hotel (room 1110) near the TLS office. The TLS office and staff are more than welcome to invite us back to their office to see us both in person and confirm everything stated herein and relieve all doubt whatsoever.
I, Paul F. Davis, am fully financing and supporting Jessa’s trip to France, as she will be traveling with me to Paris on May 26th, on China Eastern Airlines on the same flight (already purchased). Jessa shall be staying with me in the three Airbnb condo units already reserved and paid for (documents supporting this information were provided to the Deputy Director of Visas in our appeal).
We provided all of these details to the TLS office and within Jessa’s visa application, minus the fact I am now living with Jessa in Cebu City (as April 28, 2024) and she shall be traveling with me, from Cebu City to Paris and with me 100% of the time while we are together in France.
Therefore, there should be no “reasonable doubts” whatsoever concerning her intentions, as our three Airbnb condo reservations are in Paris (two) and Normandie (one); all located in France. Thus, Jessa will be in France the entire time and there will be no leaving the territory whatsoever. You are welcome to restrict her visa accordingly to permit her to only visit France and no other European country if you like to satisfy any doubts and calm any fears.
Please approve Jessa Sanico’s visa, as my I Paul F. Davis, a frequent traveler to France have spent a great deal of money to enable Jessa to accompany me on this trip and enjoy your magnificent country.

Travelers Insurance Bad Faith Ongoing Fraud
Travelers Insurance Bad Faith, Fraud, Class Action
In 2020 when eating at a restaurant in Boynton Beach, Florida (Sweet Tomatoes) a restaurant I frequented in Orlando for years; to my surprise I encountered a rock in the soup. I reported it to the manager, who asked I give her the rock. I did so and the company gave the case over to Travelers Insurance, which did absolutely nothing but question me endlessly like a criminal.
I now have 3 cases against Travelers Insurance company (all involving the same matter) and causing injury and damage to my teeth.
- Sweet Tomatoes (Claim # FEE2527)
- Dessert Valley Dates (# FTN0453)
- Made in Nature Smyrna Figs (# FTN0213)
The last two food companies' products were bought at CostCo stores.
Consumers and Attorneys interested in pursuing a class action against Travelers Insurance may contact me to proceed (RevivingNations@yahoo.com).
Travelers Insurance operates fraudulently in bad faith repeatedly denying valid and just claims as it collects premiums from the companies it purports and alleges to insure, while repeatedly ignoring valid claims from customers of the companies it ensures.
All Travelers Insurance claims adjusters whom I have dealt with in Florida (Matthew Adams and Carmela Ferrara) and California (Ricky Freyre, John Skinner, Svetlana Pavlus, etc.) pass claims back and forth between each other to weary customers and the injured, having no intention of ever settling a claim to compensate the injured.
Report Travelers Insurance for fraudulent and deceptive insurance practices to the respective state insurance regulation departments where you live, reside and/or were injured for swift intervention and oversight.
Beyond criminal charges for Travelers Insurance claims representatives and executives, I am confident we can recuperate much more from Travelers Insurance via litigation, bad faith and treble punitive damages in a civil court of law than dealing with Travelers Insurance deceptive and heartless claims adjusters merely wasting our time and further adding insult to injury with ongoing pain and suffering while ignoring injuries and claims.
Justice may delay, but surely will not be denied.
