World's Worst Websites - Internet Fraud, Misuse of Articles from EzineArticles.com and Google.com

Dear EzineArticles, Google and Every Web User:

Please be informed.

Upon typing in my phone number on google search engines, I have begun to find several websites using my articles (taken from ezinearticles.com) and probably several others of your authors... for their websites ...and not crediting me AND rewriting things from my articles with vulgarity or for promotion of their products.

If you can recommend an Internet attorney both to sue Google for the lame listings connected to my name and these bogus sites unethically using my intellectual property, name and contact info without my permission, please kindly advise. info@PaulFDavis.com

Lame websites stealing intellectual property, doing a hack job on content, revising info to embed their cheesy adverts, and defaming the good name of quality people... these are the reasons these sites made it to my "World's Worst Websites" listing. Greed in God's House: Greed among God's Children, People & Ministers

Recently I was having an informal conversation with a minister's assistant (his right hand man) outside church before the service began.

The conversation took a turn as one successful business man's name was brought up. Then I heard it said, "He hasn't done anything for us besides give a couple thousand dollars."

It was then my stomach began to turn and my spirit felt grieved.... not because of the size of the man's gift. I was grieved because human beings were being reduced by men of God to the size of their offerings.

This I know should not be. Yet the sad reality often is living by faith is no cake walk for ministers who have no steady paycheck and must live off the freewill love offerings of people.

This particular ministry has a vision for the world and is always expanding and endeavoring to get on TV to reach more souls. So I know much of the money brought in will be used for good causes.

Yet even along the road of faith and pathway to our ministerial promised land "for the glory of God" ...ministers must be careful not to take advantage of God's people... or reduce God's people (or any person for that matter) to merely the size of their offering (or potential offering).

Consider the sacred and instructive Scripture below and may the Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead guard, guide and protect your heart.

The Bible in James chapter 2 says in the following verses: 1 My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality. 2 For if there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes, 3 and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,” 4 have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?

5 Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him? 6 But you have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you and drag you into the courts? 7 Do they not blaspheme that noble name by which you are called?

8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; 9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
