Chuck Mallory is the author of "Lena, Wild Girl on the Prairie" (Park Milland Press, 2025), "Workhealing 2025" and "The Owl Motel: And Other Places Where You Are Not Wanted," a collection of eerie middle-grade stories that blend the nostalgia of old "Twilight Zone" twists with modern fears.

Previously he wrote for men's fitness magazines and was a newspaper reporter. As a freelancer he has been a book ghostwriter and published in Mother Earth News, as well as inflight and fitness magazines.

He lives in the Appalachian mountains, where he enjoys gardening, cooking, entertaining, and hiking. ...more
