Fear of a Liberal Planet: Did You Know that Hillary Clinton has a Mental Health Plan?

This one issue is enough for me to completely endorse Hillary. I worked with the homeless; the mentally ill are in our streets; they are ignored until one of them finds that violence will get them noticed. They are HERE! How long will we ignore this fact??!!
