Scare PewDiePie Statement
We at Skybound were shocked and saddened to watch PewDiePie’s recent videos. It is truly disheartening to see someone who you love and respect create content that is hurtful to so many. While we wholeheartedly disagree with the views being espoused, we acknowledge the rights of Felix and all artists to express themselves freely. We also support people’s right to choose, and we choose to join and support our friends at Maker and YouTube in separating ourselves from Felix.

Our New Studio Is READY!
We moved offices WAY back in 2016 (remember those simpler times?) to a MUCH larger building to house all of the cool stuff we’re doing, and a big part of that move is a brand new studio space! We’ve been hard at work building that space out, equipping it, sound-proofing it, and set-dressing it and we’re finally ready to show it off! Mike Cruz, our Director of Digital Programming gave our friends at Mashable a first look RIGHT HERE.
And since that hit the web, I decided to grab some more shots for you!
We’ll see if we can’t pin Cruz down for a little tour of the space on Facebook Live soon! In the meantime, learn about some of our initial plans for the space and see more photos of the full space at Mashable!

Robert Kirkman panels at ECCC
We’re a little less than a month away from Emerald City Comicon and we’re ready to start announcing the awesome-ness we’re bring to Seattle! As you may know, Robert Kirkman is going to be a special guest of the con on Friday and Saturday. We’ll have more info on signings he’ll be doing at our booth soon but today we can share with you two panels Robert will be taking part of at ECCC!
First up, on Friday March 3rd from 1 to 2:30PM, Robert will be hosting the Image Founders panel! In celebration of Image’s 25th anniversary, the original founders of the company will be reunited at ECCC. Todd McFarlane, Jim Valentino, Erik Larsen, Rob Liefeld, Marc Silvestri, and Whilce Portacio will all be on the same stage to talk about the origins of the company and what it means today. The panel will be held on the Main Stage (WSCC 4A). This is a can’t-miss panel for comic fans!
Then on Saturday, March 4th from 11AM-12PM Robert will have a panel all to himself! Join the creator of The Walking Dead, Invincible & Outcast on the Main Stage (WSCC 4A) for a lively Q&A. Why lively? Because there will be no moderator, just Robert Kirkman and you, the fans, asking him questions directly. No holds barred!*
*Some holds may be barred.
We’ll have more information on Emerald City Comicon soon so check back for more updates!
