Super Bowl: Did someone say hi-res screencaps of Cameron Diaz feeding A-Rod?

[fark.]

Little known fact: A-Rod insists all of his girlfriends hand-feed him, as he can't lift his arms for anything but baseball.

The Les Crane Show

Here's the audio from a pretty entertaining interview my dad did with Bob Dylan before I was even born. This was Dylan's very first national television appearance.  Listen when you have the time. It's about a half hour long with a couple song performances and a lot of silly conversation. If you're a Dylan fan, you're gonna love it.

My dad was so cool.

Our friend Michael Ian Black suggested that Dr. Phil looks like a cartoon walrus. This is a rare condition also suffered by Wilford Brimley.  Here I show you the three stages as the metamorphosis happens. There is no known treatment at this time.

For Those Who Have Parents...

I've been missing my dad and listening to some old audio files tonight, which has been a treat. I think I might share them with you guys because they're pretty cool things to listen to, even if it's not your dad.

But I read a lot of blogs from you folks out there and many of you seem to be estranged from your parents. If you've been beaten or abused or taken advantage of or deeply hurt in one way or another by your parents, then of course, I understand your wanting separation.

But if you got into a fight over something petty, or they tried to offer guidance that you didn't much appreciate at the time or someone got on someone's nerves and it escalated and now you're not speaking…please be the bigger person and call them tomorrow.

Because you're lucky that they are alive.

They love you.

They do the best they can.

We all do.
