GTD Times: New GTD Workflow Diagram
For years, the GTD Workflow diagram has been the ultimate "trail guide" for navigating through the
collect>process>organize stages of GTD. Over the past two years, David Allen has been working with the terrific design team at xplane to take his vision (his original sketch is pictured right) and expand it into a rich map that also now includes decision making, horizons of focus and more.

Member Exclusive: Next Action Or Project For Delegated Thing
I am not sure how to process items that are next actions that may or may not become a project - esp if the next action is an agenda item for someone and based on the result it may become a project or not. For example:

One of my favorite things to do for relaxation and recreation is riding my bike. My mind tends to flow pretty freely when I am riding and it ends up being one of my most creative places. Since I have a lot of creative ideas, practicing GTD can be tough because I don't have a way to capture them.
