for the beginning of book 2 - So Say the Waiters
"With the creation of the consumer came the ability for consumers to create markets of their own tastes, therefore unmaking the states in which they were named."
Just documenting this so people actually believe that I wrote it. People have to ask me where I got the aphorism from the beginning of book when when I wrote that in like 2008.
