I liked this issue a lot more when it dealt with how you pee. That was so much simpler. Regardless of how I feel about the state of our country, I stand. On September 17th, 1997, I took an oath to my country and my flag to honor, love, respect, and protect it. Even though my time in the Army has... Read more of this blog post »

I lost my heart on 99th street.
She’s in a gray house,
walking through it over and over.

I don’t live there anymore.
One apartment and two houses later,
I moved on, but she didn’t.

My heart keeps opening
the front door, then closing it
right back up again.

Like that’s going to do anything.
