主角是用各種配料來打的烏冬邊爐,叫為udonsuki。分梅,四千円。竹,五千五。松,六千五和菊,七千五。價錢多年不變。


內容有甚麼?送酒小品:煮小螺、三文魚、蝦等。醋之物有醃八爪魚。刺身看是甚麼季節切甚麼魚。天婦羅炸蝦、芝麻豆腐。然後是主菜料:蛤、鰻魚、雞、白菜、蘿蔔、冬菇和腐皮。最後送上甜品。
