Lillian Francis is an English writer who likes to dabble in many genres but always seems to return to the here and now.

Their name may imply a grand dame in pink chiffon and lace, but Lillian is more at home in jeans, Converse, and the sort of T-shirts that often need explaining to the populous at large but will get a fist bump at Comic-Con. Lillian is a self-confessed geek who likes nothing more than settling down with a comic or a good book, except maybe writing. Given a notepad, pen, her Kindle, and an infinite supply of chocolate Hob Nobs and they can lose themself for weeks. #10 We have an appearance from Emma Frost and the Hellions.
#11 -13 An alternate reality, caused by the Sphinx, that the team fix.
#14 Darkhawk, whoever he is, appears but doesn’t really do much apart from trade wisecracks with Speedball.
#15 - 18 Things are falling apart. Chord is behind a lot of the carnage they have been facing, investing NightThrashers fortune in highly illegal enterprises.
Side trip to X-Force annual #7 (Or at least the story Kings of Pain) - Cable, Domino, Cannonball, Feral, Warpath, Shatterstar, & Boom Boom - investigate a group of mutants causing issues, which leads them to Genetech.
New Warriors annual #1 - starts out fighting X-Force. Then a team up to investigate what’s going on. Annual also includes some pretty boring origin stories and a short about Speedball and the heroes of NY. Fun with a dark edge and a predictable punchline.
Kings of Pain continues with X-Men 15. Mind controlled X-men - Jamie Madrox, Dr MacTaggert, Siryn, Legion, & Polaris - fight the other two teams. In the meantime Harness and Piecemeal are roaming Scotland. That's a really disturbing relationship. All three teams now team up to stop Harness. Seriously Polaris must get terrible chaffing fighting in that thong costume.
OMG that Harness/Piecemeal relationship just got a million times worse. I wish the team's had killed her. On to X-Factor annual #6. Let's see who the team is. It’s the OG X-men team which means my boy Bobby is there. Wasn’t happy with the way this played out. The energy hybrid of Kevin and Gilbert chooses to ‘kill’ himself and is almost encouraged to do this by Cyclops.
Back to the main story.
#19 - 20 Nightthrasher disbands the New Warriors. Marvel Boy gets arrested. Gotta feel for MB. No sympathy for his arsehole of a dad. No sympathy for NightThrasher either. ...more "
