“You’re the most gorgeous thing I’ve looked at all morning.”
“Obviously you are still heavily medicated,” he replied dryly, “because I drank myself to sleep last night and slept in my clothes.”

“Don’t you ever pull that shit again,” he said between bruising kisses. He pressed her up against the wall and trapped her with his body.

“Was that really necessary?” she yelled.
He let out a choked laugh. “You tell me. You’re acting like a lunatic.”

“You’re always telling me to put on my clothes,” she complained and pouted up at him.
“That’s because you keep taking them off.”

“You’re frozen stiff,” he said, rubbing his warm skin over hers.
She grinned at him with a quivering chin. “I knew I’d get you to warm up.”
Mila Rossi, Fast Times
“It’s gonna take a miracle for you to warm up to me again, isn’t it?”
“The odds of turning water into wine are greater,” he said seriously.
“Will more cookies help?”
Mila Rossi, Fast Times
“She raised her gaze to his. “Are you kicking me out?”
“Will you go willingly?”
“Only if you ask nicely,” she said and stepped up to him. “Although I’ll let you throw me over your shoulder and carry me out, if you insist.”
He straightened and frowned down at her. “You’re driving me mad.”
“You know I love hearing that,” she teased and brushed against his leg with her right knee.”

“He scowled at her. “What are you doing here?”
She held out a plate of freshly-baked cookies. “Making a delivery before our home turns into the gingerbread house.”

“Good night,” he said and turned the key to start the engine.
“Good night, sugar. Hope you dream of me.”
“I’m afraid of that,” he grumbled before putting on his helmet.”

“Well, maybe you’ll remember something else about me you like,” she replied saucily and stepped forward to run the same finger up the front of his shirt. “Or maybe you’ll discover something new.”

She laughed. “I seem to recall that you like it when I’m crazy. You love it, in fact.”

“She gave him a brilliant smile. “Nice to see you too, Ryan. I see you’ve turned more sour over the years.”
“And you haven’t changed a bit,” he said gruffly.
She laughed, a light care-free sound, and it instantly stirred something inside him. He hoped it was indigestion.”
