If you're in the mood for a feel-good, light, sexy but still funny read, this one is for you. And since I think the blurb does a pretty good job of setting this one up, I'll just jump right into the characters.

The author gave 8 copies of her 4 e-books (2 copies for each book) to a Goodreads friend of mine, Inge and I am one of the lucky winners of the giveaway at her blog Cider with a Writer. I was stoked since I've never won any giveaway and somehow, in the same month, I won two books! However, I did not like this as I've enjoyed Femme. I feel bad to give this rating since I got this book for free. However, I just cannot feel too bad about it since it is impossibly annoying.

Mila Rossi creates heroines who don't back down, stand up for themselves, and insist on freedom and independence until the right man comes along, then all rules are thrown out the window. The heroes must be clever, generous, and able to throw a girl over their shoulder.

If she's feeling nostalgic, she writes historical romance under the name Alice Lake.

When not typing away furiously, she goofs arou

“She gave him a brilliant smile. “Nice to see you too, Ryan. I see you’ve turned more sour over the years.”
“And you haven’t changed a bit,” he said gruffly.
She laughed, a light care-free sound, and it instantly stirred something inside him. He hoped it was indigestion.”
“His brows came down low over his eyes. “You realize you’re crazy.”
She laughed. “I seem to recall that you like it when I’m crazy. You love it, in fact.”
