Granny Slow Sloth Quotes

“Do you know that Jesus gave us a picture of how we should live? Imagine this: We can choose to fly high above our problems, like flying on the back of an all-seeing eagle. He will carry and care for us like an eagle caring for its young.”
― Judy Clarke, Granny Slow Sloth

“Granny smiled a knowing smile and hugged her special book, The Living Bible, that she always carried close to her hairy chest. And she said, “In the Bible, Jesus asks us if we feel we are carrying problems that feel too heavy. He asks us to join our life with his and to come to him, as he is our helper and carer. We do not need to work things out for ourselves. He says, ‘Work with me and watch how I do life.”
