+ Imogen Chapter (!!)
+ Finale was great
- one twist was just really random, don't know how you could have seen that coming
- don't know what to make of the ending? She's really going to leave us hanging with this? I'm guessing the actual epilogue to this will be the intro chapter of the next book again... and who knows when that'll come

- some twists I didn't see coming & liked
- looks like we are on our way to the grand finale, right now I would rate this higher than IF. I do miss the "heists" of the last two books though
- Every time she puts Rhi and Imogen on the bench the book suffers for it. Vi needs her female friends, this is FW not dragons & dudes.
- I do like the villainous T
- WTH are Trissa, Jax, etc.? I read FW, IF & this back to back

- I don't like that, besides looking alike, the nations are cartoonish in their character
- did like a certain dinner event on one of the isles
- well this might have been one of the book's biggest moments
- back at Basgiath. (Right now) it's good again.

- every time a new nation is introduced they wear the same things, have the same hair, do the same stuff, etc. Imagine introducing the French like this: "Everyone was wearing berets and had a baguette under their arms. There was a little girl who cradled her baguette in fear". Gets old real fast, but otherwise I like this part of the story because we learn new things about the world and a certain character is missing

"Do you remember when we had this same fight but it was me and Cat?" Yes. The reader remembers, the author remembers, so why bother with this, again?

- Am still annoyed because of that scene and the way everything feels random right now
- No other author has managed to make their writing feel this much like a rollercoaster ride, but she does.
She could literally write "and then Vi woke up and it had all been a bad dream" or "it was the gardener and he was twins" on the next page and I wouldn't even be surprised

- why did she feel the need to write this? Yes there has been cruelty before but there's a difference between horror and disgust. Really ruined the scene for me, she just wanted to shock the reader and this feels cheap.
- hopefully this was the last bad surprise in this book

- loved the Humor
- loved the descriptions of New fantasy Lands
- am thoroughly disgusted by this single event on Page

- I liked the event(s) in the abandoned city
- politics in this is astonishingly bad
- guess the quest starts here?

- this series taught me that I don't have a voyeurism fetish
- really don't care about every one of their exes, even though she managed to make me care about kitty
