He named God “Tanner” I’m so sick of this bullshit

Adolin and Sigzil plots still solid good stuff there. Szeth I can hardly tell which timeline we are in and the jasnah debate was lame

Well that was a bit of a letdown, all this build up for Kaladin to use talk-no-Jutsu. Going soft on this book hurt pretty bad in this section I can’t lie

The interludes in this book are much less of a slog than in previous books. I guess it helps that we know all of the characters and stuff at this point so it just feels like a continuation rather than an interruption

I feel like less has happened in the first half than in the previous books due to the amount of perspectives taking up pages; book is also pretty soft thematically but I’m still trusting the process

Szeth story is solid but also his character is so dense it’s brutal, adolin plot still rolling strong and I like the addition of the sigzil perspective a lot, Dalinar plot is going slowly but surely, not fully sure wth is going on with shallan or venli
