In the last section of this book, there is still hope. The solution of Brian's problem has finally occurred. An airplane has swooped down and returned Jonas to his home. He is ok and has been feed, clothed, and treated properly as he had once had before he crashed. Finally, this was a great book and I thought the ending kept you on your toes and was a good way to end the book.

The theme in this story is whatever you set your mind to you can accomplish. Brian is hurt but knows he needs to build a shelter, make food, or even plan a rescue mission. He was determined and accomplished these goals. Now he is signaling for help with smoke from fire and hoping a plane could see him. He is lonely, hungry, but still has hope.
