This is such a well-written book. At times sad, happy, frustrating, confusing, joyful, exhilarating...the characters are all very interesting and I feel like I know all of them.

This is truly a masterpiece for Mistry. What an incredible cast of characters set in a devastating period of Indian history. Beautiful, sorrowful tale.

Quickly becoming a page turner. I almost balked at 600 pages, but this is a fast story, and very interesting. I'm excited about the prospects.

Decent story, thus far. At first, I was a little concerned that we were getting too many characters all at once, but the last couple of chapters have been consistently good.
