Reading about how Egypt is actually the opposite of the promised land, and is viewed in a negative way, but I guess if you're the land that supported the bondage of the people of Israel you can't win. That sucks! Anyway, I read about the symbolism of the egg and how mythic heroes were depicted breaking out of eggs, so next time Batman fights a foe I wanna see a specially designed Bat-egg. I shall keep reading!

Reading about the symbolism of the dolphin I found out that's where the French word 'dauphin' comes from, and who would think any royalty would ever dolphin themselves up? Anyway, I read about the symbolism of the dove and the symbolism of the dragon as well, and I also read about the symbolism of the eagle. It's like people way back in time just came across animals and decided what each little critter stood for.

Reading about the symbolism of the desert, and it leads me to suspect maybe certain environments make us cease thinking. In Islam the desert is seen as a place of confusion. In-truth, from what I'm reading I gather a lot of Abrahamic religions view the desert with confusion, or communion with God. I wonder if any of the Abrahamic texts would have existed if nobody got thirsty. I shall keep reading!

Reading about the symbolism of danse macabre, and I wanna lock hands in a circle as a skeleton in a graveyard. That would be creepy and cool! Also, I read about the symbolism of dawn, and how Mary is sometimes called the dawn that brought us Christ the sun. How wonderful! I shall keep reading!

I just found out prostitutes were called 'cuckoos' during the middle ages. I'm not messing with you. Anyway, I read about the symbolism of the cup, and that of dance. It's all quite fascinating! This book is thought-wilderness to me. When you find out about symbolism you learn you don't really know much of what anything means in your world. I am learning heaps from this book. I shall keep reading!

Wow! I learn so much! I never knew humankind had death-crowns. Reading of the symbolism of crowns I found this interesting fact of death-crowns. Crowns for the grave were given to corpses as a sign of the deceased's impending unification with God, and death-crowns were especially given to the unmarried deceased. It's kinda like: Hey, you're not wed to a human, so I'm gonna wed you to God with this death-crown!

Reading about the symbolism of crosses is fun (I think). Oh, I am an old soul. Crucified with interest (whatever that means). Anyway, I shall keep reading and learning more about religious symbolism. How sweet it is!

I never thought the coyote could be considered 'the root of all evil', but you learn things with each new day. I suppose some Native Americans thought it evil because it may have been more visible during wintertime. I mean, in the book its said they were seen as 'the root of all evil' particularly of winter and death. Boy! Those coyotes loved the snow. Anyway, I shall keep reading!

Reading about the symbolism of colours was great, and adds insight into the racial tension we have experienced throughout our shared human history. I mean, black is considered symbolic of night, death, mourning, and all that, while white is visually indicative of joy and purity. It's absolutely fascinating to find out we symbolized colours even according to person. That was a grave error. Wish it were not true.

Just read about the symbolism of circumcision, and about female and male infibulation, and infibulation frightens me. Also, I read up about the symbolism of clothes, and how symbolically humans in a Christian sense have worn clothes ever since the fall. It's fascinating! I shall keep reading!

Reading about the symbolism of the Christmas tree, and some of its history. Also, I read about the symbolism of the church, and the Christian church used to be designed in a symbolic way. Nowadays church design is modern and secular, and I think that's a shame. I like the idea of a building representing something religious or philosophical. Anyway, I shall keep reading!
