"After reading the first chapter I wasn't compelled to read anymore. The narration bored me having too much seemingly unnecessary observations made. The first chapter could have been cut down to 3 pages to save time. Anyway, that's just my opinion. I think I'll sit this book down until I feel like torturing my head." Oct 26, 2017 04:22PM

Johann Tabua is on page 21 of 226 of The Prince and the Pauper: So far I've read the first two chapters of this book. Mark Twain never fails to capture in trance a reader in me who kills himself a little more every time he turns away and closes the book because of sore eyes. I shall keep reading.
