[Chapter] Six - I'm not sure if this has been updated as 4-year-olds in car seats and the term SUV wasn't as common in '87 but the frequency of the same vocabulary (milquetoast, taciturn, etc.) and the awkward transitions show how far Macomber's storytelling has come. I should be done with this book but it's like a bad movie. I don't even know why these people are arguing or kissing, it feels unbelievable.
