I enjoyed Kylie, she was quirky and fun. Drew was a bore after Reno and saw no growth, even at the very end he is still over analyzing things too long that she beats him to the punch. I would NOT want to live in Sugar Falls with those harpies. The accidentally married plot had a nice twist with the kids needing cared for. Kylie 4.5 stars, Drew a boring 2 stars.

Her dad is a real piece of work. Wanted a daughter his whole life just so he could manipulate her into doing what he wanted and only letting her think she was making her own decisions. Not cool. Now he's telling Drew how to do it too so he can use and manipulate Kylie.

Apologize or regret kidding her. All of the sudden he's some throw caution to the wind I can't hold myself back stud??? I don't buy it. Maybe Drew's brother should come back and be with Kylie. He's not even in the book and he's more interesting.

It's pretty obvious, any guy would figure it out as soon as they put their foot in their mouth the way he did multiple times tonight. And now his reply to her telling him she doesn't want him to /---

Why are they leaving the party early? So he can hide her away so the men stop teasing him about her costume? Neither Drew or Kylie said anything about leaving early or even tried to flirt after Drew shot her down after that kiss.

I liked Drew in the first chapter back in Reno, he seemed nice, mature, and likable. But he really hasn't developed. The character is dull, I can't seem to like him or care about him. He has also become pretty immature as soon as Kylie moved in. Saint Drew is a boring prude. Not to mention he's being a jerk about the costume party.

Yes why don't you move in and take care of my nephews so I can shirk my responsibility. I get this is fiction and needs suspended belief but it's not fun when the characters are either flat (Drew) or unlikable (her parents and the rest of the town & bridal party).

Her parents are kind of assholes. I wouldn't want to live in Sugar Falls. Not sure why a whole series is set there with all kinds of snooty bigots gossiping all over town bullying people.

A makeup artist whole can't cover up a lack eye has no business calling their self one. I'm no makeup artist at all and I covered up 2 black eyes on a bride who got into a fist fight with a bridesmaid.
