Great book thus far!!

I enjoyed Kylie, she was quirky and fun. Drew was a bore after Reno and saw no growth, even at the very end he is still over analyzing things too long that she beats him to the punch. I would NOT want to live in Sugar Falls with those harpies. The accidentally married plot had a nice twist with the kids needing cared for. Kylie 4.5 stars, Drew a boring 2 stars.

Drew can't apologize for lying to her on his own and needs his brother to talk his wife into going to talk to him so he can "open up" after hurting her? Ugh, where is the character growth???

Her dad is a real piece of work. Wanted a daughter his whole life just so he could manipulate her into doing what he wanted and only letting her think she was making her own decisions. Not cool. Now he's telling Drew how to do it too so he can use and manipulate Kylie.

Apologize or regret kidding her. All of the sudden he's some throw caution to the wind I can't hold myself back stud??? I don't buy it. Maybe Drew's brother should come back and be with Kylie. He's not even in the book and he's more interesting.

He obviously doesn't have a clue and probably sucks as a doc treating patients with mental issues etc. He can't read her at all? It's pretty obvious, any guy would figure it out as soon as they put their foot in their mouth the way he did multiple times tonight. And now his reply to her telling him she doesn't want him to /---
