I feel like Taylor is straight up deluding herself and is way in over her head. She already almost died fighting fire-guy after running headfirst into something she was not prepared for.
We’ve already seen that capes and villains aren’t strictly good/evil and I imagine Armsmaster won’t be as super-a-hero as she assumes.
