Colleen…..you cannot have your characters be completely shitty and then try to gaslight us into believing they’re still amazing people by having the characters around them process their actions in an incredibly unrealistically benevolent way. Sydney is not 'understanding' and Maggie defending the nature of how Ridge got with her doesn't change the fact that it was CHEATING. Like hello?? We DID read the book...

Also this book has way too many pop culture references and Bridget is the most cardboard cutout of a character maybe ever. You're trying to make her shamelessly real and relatable but it's not working, it's just flat and corny
