The author forgot that he removed the main character's super power a couple chapters ago

Needed to have a feel for her velocity to bring it down enough for this landing to be survivable.

What? Why that fuck would you 'land' her? She's a fucking SPACE ship. Push her out of the atmosphere so she can regain her footing and repair her damage. She's useless to you on the ground, not to mention a 1g will likely buckle and ruin her skeleton

Hey. Remember earlier in the book when the AI that did Cam's power said that the AI on this world was one the dinosaurs created without copying a human's brain?

Difference is there's actually evidence of those things. A "soul" on the other hand there's zero evidence
