Protagonist: In this book Pip is the protagonist i know this because the story revolves around her and her decisions like for example where on page 287 it says, "It's your decision pip I think we should search the house but what you say goes." This proves that Pippa is the the protagonist because she makes the decisions and the story revolves around her. She is also the protagonist because she is the detective.

Storyarchetypes:My stories archetype is the quest, I think it is this archetype because so far in the story Peppa is on a quest to find someone who is missing that she knows in trouble. For example on page 167 it says, "I needed to find him for me and for his parents, but after facing the recent obstacles im not sure.''This proves that she is going through obstacles that affect the quest proving the idea of the quest

Genre:The genre of my book is a thriller/mystery, In this book it is known to take you on multiple twists and turns that shock you. Also the main theme behind this book is an investigation so hence a mystery.I example of this is when Peppa finds multiple leads towards a person investigates them and it's not them. It hooks you on to the thrill of the story and gets you to want to read more.

Audience and purpose: In this book I think the audience that Holly Jackson is trying to reach out to is true crime lovers or people who has multiple opinions on true crime. I think this is because In the book she has multiple different scenarios and problems that could connect a reader to their own opinions in true crime. Like throughout the book different problems like If certain things were meant to be done or not.
