The book goes into more problems with the county, however, sending a woman to jail for an unjustifiable reason is bad. Unfortunately, I could not finish the book, but I enjoyed it for a casual reading.

From where I left off, it got very deep into what the setting was and what problems had occurred for the librarians. It also got into a very tiny bit of sexual activity, but it was for maybe 2-3 paragraphs.

From the chapters, I can see that it's a very small town and now very many people. however, it does have a setting of a somewhat modern town and it revolves around the lady wanting to open a library.
