Made a lot of good progress today. I'm stopping in the middle of a chapter because I can feel that my brain has become saturated. I'll be able to add more information in later, or tomorrow, but right now I doubt any new info will persist.

Definitely slowing down as I dig deeper; there's a lot more reading to this than is between these covers, lots of Documentation which needs to be absorbed along the way; rabbit holes within rabbit holes, at times. I hope I'm able to finish it within the three weeks before the library wants it back.

3 chapters is about all I could handle (plus a hard time getting Xcode working on a 2nd computer, in the middle of ch2) on my first day. I'm going to try pre-reading ch4, until I fall asleep, then see how much of all this I retain when I get up "tomorrow" (tonight). The boon has been working for me so far, btw. Well-written & clear most of the time.

Chapter 1 took a while on account of a multi-hour rabbit hole I jumped down, wherein I signed up and paid to be a registered iOS developer & read the full text of 3 long legal agreements along the way. Built my first iOS app while I was at it. Fun!

What? Prerequisites to understand this book which I don't have? Bah! I'll just go ahead and learn this stuff first anyway, and if I find I really need that prerequisite stuff later... Well, I guess I'll burn that bridge when I come to it!
