My own advice to my young self would be:
- Don't focus so much on unimportant details
- Draw more from life
- Loosen up
- Hold your pencil differently
- Try drawing one long stroke instead of a dozen little ones
- Less decor, more story
Already love this book! It's full of great tips, especially helpful to read while taking an art class.
