andrew and yog were so sweet as young teenagers. i def can relate to yog about feeling emotional, sensitive and insecure about specific things that might hold oneself back.

i love how when i read this novel i understand the pop culture they’re talking about because i love it also. like saturday night fever and elton john

it’s so cool reading about how my fav 80 songs were also andrew’s favs and what life was like when these songs came out and how it made him feel.
