Incoming Tide - 3,75 enjoyed the plot and the pace a lot ! The characters could have been developed a tad bit more !

Puzzling honestly ...? I was expecting to adore this from the very first line, and I do not. But I was also expecting things to be directly about Olive and there not.
Writing : ok+
Narrative : a bit wonky but in an enjoyable way
Characters : unexpected mix of cartoonish and complex/tragic
At this point I think my enjoyment will depend on the way stories are connected
