this book feels like it was written by aliens sometimes but it's fire tbh

gosh darn it this is well written, and very easy to read too. the use of metaphor in this novel might as well be unmatched, and although very little has happened so far by way of plot, i found the story and it's miasma of asides and mutterings to be much more impeccably charming than the other mishima i've read. really excited to see where this goes and kiyoaki is a really strangr character
