haha yeah he is difficult in the beginning and some readers struggle with him at first. I promise he gets better. The character growth in this book is unreal.

It's not necessarily his attitude. It's mostly the whole trying to tell us he's not really an asshole, it's just put on for media, then him immediately acting like this. I mean, he IS an asshole. Don't try to make us believe otherwise.
