Man, I feel so bad for Mary. When does she get to be? This is all some crazy sh!t, ya know?

Now we're getting into the fanatical religious sect? You know they are there, but we're now getting a proper introduction. This book has everything. Serial killers. Ghosts. Gore. An unreliable middle-aged narrator.

Well, that's pretty horrific.

The narrator is really bringing Mary to life. So far, it's weird and a little disturbing. I'm digging it.

It's always our hormones 🙄

We are dropped right into this burgeoning kind of madness.

My next up audiobook. I don't even remember how I found this one, but it sounds intriguing. A 49 year old female protagonist going through a weird period in her life (perimenopause?). Let's see how this goes....
