Listening to the audiobook and I’m confused because I want the main character’s name , spelled Marin, to be pronounced like Maren Morris but the lady keeps calling her Marr-in. I’m cringing. I thought this might be a me-problem but then she kept saying By-eeee and I realized she meant BAE (pronounced bay!). Will continue listening but irritated enough to have to give this little rant. Sorry! And thank you !
