This book is so hard to read especially when going through a rough patch. It’s like going to therapy. It’s challenging in a good way. I’m reading it in bits at a time because I am reflecting while reading it. Sometimes it’s hard to look in a mirror and face your feelings. But you have to do the work to get better.

I love this book so much. Tough read but highly recommend.
