Ok..so there's a part where the author is writing about being a POC cop...and no offense but it's clearly written by a non POC who thinks she knows what its like being a POC in predominantly white jobs. Especially because she's still giving the police A LOT of leeway just thru the eyes of a black man.

And look...I get what she's trying to do...but it really makes me uncomfortable
