Couldn't the author be a little more objective? It was going great until she decided to focus on Darwin's (widely misunderstood) theory. She is aware of how contentious this issue is, therefore it was quite an unwise move of hers to explain and provide examples based on her personal beliefs, which had nothing to do with the topic.
