I see I’m not the only read who has felt this is written odd. It feels like multiple drafts pasted together and they don’t match. For example, if the H and h said at dinner they were going for a walk after and they did. Then why 5 pages later is the family all upset bc she was missing and they almost sent guards to search.

I had high hopes and wanted to read this author. I’ll read the books I bought already
