I seem to be about a quarter of the way through this bad boy and despite there being a fair amount of 'setting up' the chapters have been crammed with so much interesting and imaginative detail that I am engrossed. I am not a fast reader and the size of this monster is a bit intimidating but, so far, I haven't even noticed the pages turn.
