IM READING THIS AFTER WATCHING THE APPLE TV SERIES So far the concept and idea is great, the writing not so much. The author, having gone through the American education system, doesn’t know the difference between yes and no and uses double negatives. As a professional linguist I find this endlessly frustrating. “I can’t hardly” is not a phrase, it’s either “I can’t” or “I can hardly”. How hard can it be?
