I may never finish this book...

Finally making some progress due to a 2-hour ferry ride.
I feel like I have been reading this book for a year.

What my pace feels like reading this book:

this book is putting me into a reading slump.
I have been reading this for WEEKS!!!
I cannot get into it, I have zero desire to pick it back up, but everyone and their sister seems to be loving it, so maybe it gets more exciting soon. I feel like I have to stick with it, but yeah...I'm bored as heck with this.

Okay, this is more like the Heather Chavez I know and love.
Starting to pickup a bit now.
I seriously almost DNFed this earlier.
Glad I stuck with it!

I'm so tempted to DNF this.
It's not the writing. I love Chavez's writing.
I am just not connecting to this story at all.
