As someone who loves the satirical and open ended nature of the film, this novel doesn’t disappoint. One interesting difference however is that while it’s cast of characters is far broader than the film, I haven’t felt overwhelmed as it only serves to aid the idea that everyone in this culture is so interchangeable.
